  1. I would love to be able to respond to notifications within the notifications window. It would be much more efficient if I was able to open up the window right there on the same page and respond to their comment rather than directing me to the athlete's program and the day they inputted the notification. Then I have to return to the notifications page, find the next notification and do the same thing again. If I am trying to respond to multiple athletes and multiple comments then this is very time-consuming.

  3. When someone cancels their potential first payment during a free trial, we want to automate the archiving/deletion of their Train Heroic account with us via a connection with System.io (where we can set a trigger when a subscription is cancelled).

  4. On the previous app I used, I could set personalized automated messages/reminders for check-ins that contained the link to a check-in form. It was much more efficient, while on TH I currently manually send the link to each client.

  5. A common challenge in online training community chats is the difficulty in locating information that has been previously addressed. To enhance user experience, I propose the introduction of a feature for pinning important messages or establishing a dedicated FAQ section within the chat interface. This feature would allow moderators or administrators to highlight critical information, guidelines, or frequently asked questions, making them readily accessible to all users. Such a system would prevent repetitive queries, save time, and make the chat more efficient and user-friendly.

  6. Add search functionality to the Chat/Feed section. This will help mitigate repeat questions/conversations, especially in larger training groups. Many apps like Discord, Microsoft Teams, iMessage, etc. have this.

  10. Pre-scheduled messages that are time released to teams. I.E. IF I want to send a message tomorrow morning at 5am US-EDT, I can schedule that message to drop in the app

  15. When my assistant coach responds to an athlete's comments on their session, my athletes don't get notifications from him. This is a massive inconvenience. I've got clients who didn't know their comments were being responded to for WEEKS. And I'm paying my assistant coach to overlook and respond to the notifications from my athlete's logged sessions. So this whole time we've been fulfilling on that service, yet my athletes have no idea because they can't get notifications from an assistant coach. Makes no sense, it's an easy fix, and I think this needs to be corrected ASAP!!
