  6. One of the main things I've been having troubles with regarding the chat feature, is having photos/videos archive after 30 days and losing access to them. It's been extremely inconvenient for me because with online training, being able to compare old photos/videos to recent ones is a critical method of measuring & tracking progress over time. But if I can't conveniently go back and view old footage or photos, or worse - I can't even access them - then I no longer have them for reference to compare to when looking to track progress and show it to my clients.…

  13. Pre-scheduled messages that are time released to teams. I.E. IF I want to send a message tomorrow morning at 5am US-EDT, I can schedule that message to drop in the app

  14. When my assistant coach responds to an athlete's comments on their session, my athletes don't get notifications from him. This is a massive inconvenience. I've got clients who didn't know their comments were being responded to for WEEKS. And I'm paying my assistant coach to overlook and respond to the notifications from my athlete's logged sessions. So this whole time we've been fulfilling on that service, yet my athletes have no idea because they can't get notifications from an assistant coach. Makes no sense, it's an easy fix, and I think this needs to be corrected ASAP!!
