    Hey all,

What's Live Now: You can assign Sport Subtypes to workouts on both web and mobile apps.

What's Coming Next: We're now building the features that will save you time and sharpen your analysis.

    • Less Clicks: Subtypes will be auto-assigned from completed files.
    • Better Execution: Planned subtypes will sync to athlete devices.
    • Smarter Analysis: You'll be able to filter charts and reports by subtype.
    • Specific Zones: You'll be able to set unique thresholds and zones for each subtype (e.g., Road vs. Gravel vs. TT).

Thanks for all the suggestions. If you want to talk workflows or have other ideas, my door (or Zoom) is open.

Looking forward to this landing ! Training peaks would then be a one stop shop for all training prescription once it has the potential to track gym/strength progress.

Some of the features I would be looking for would as a minimum would be as follows
    - Ability to track volume load, rep count for each exercise and total session -
-Estimation of 1RM of each exercise per session
    -Abilty to export raw data
-Adherence report - were any exercises skipped, changed or adjusted

In addition to the viewing of progress via dashboards the option to programme using Relative intensity which ideally would be pulled from or manually set up to be based on Est1RM.

Be able to prescribe with RPE and Reps in Reserve would be another welcome addition.
