    i would love this! my current workaround is to just record the audio note and then attach the .mp3 file as an attachment to a calendar note

    very important indeed.

    but the current-state workaround for this is to establish a new threshold/zone structure for a different sport, and have the indoor or outdoor workout partake of that other sport/activity. i do this with regular bike ride and MTB ride. if a ride is tagged as "indoor ride", i switch the activity to MTB Ride so the analysis happens against their "indoor" FTP/zone settings
