  1. Many runners and bike would need more steps in peak performance.
    E.g. Biking
    Available:
    5sec
    and 1,5,10,20,60,90min

    Why not 30min? many bikers would like to know the performance for half an hour.
    For runners 3 km is missing e.g.
    Make it more flexible and let the user decide which distances/times are relevant.

  2. Rename "Pickleball Racket" to just "Pickleball." You wouldn't call the activity tennis "Tennis Racket." It's not about the tool; it's about the activity.

  3. Improve rTSS calculation method. Currently it is based exclusively on average pace. So if you do a hard workout, say that gives you 80 rTSS points, and then you jog to cool down, the rTSS score diminishes. Let's say to 70. This makes absolutely no sense. The algorithm needs to be changed to actually make sense. Since I learned this, I end my workout before cooling down. So I either disregard the cool down TSS, or I have to upload two different workouts.

  4. Post race comments / feedback / learnings to work on for the next race.

    A piece of gear may have caused an injury (trainers/bike set up), nutritional product caused discomfort to stomach, fatigue level running up to an event might have not allowed optimal performance.

    Having an comments section - maybe in the race event time / placing section could allow for race feedback and learnings with the ability of being easily found so that next time you race you can review those comments and not make the same errors

  5. I'd like to be able to easily find a custom peak interval within a single workout (i.e. not the Peak Performance overall; just within a single workout analysis).

    For example. I use CTS programs and they have an FTP field test that requires 2x8 min intervals. These aren't terribly hard to see in the analysis, and I can create and save a custom interval. But sometimes the TP sliders aren't very precise.

  6. It will be a very handy to add a nap metrics in TP to help coaches to see how recovery is going, because a daily 10-15min "power naps" do a big impacts in that process.

  8. Exclude incorrect parameters from a workout or apply a certain variation to make it correct.

    i.e. the power meter is not calibrated
    - I could apply a certain delta to the power graph or I could exclude all the power graph

    How are you?
    I suggest including the option to analyze a graph of the average temperature during training sessions. This will help the coaches understand whether the athletes are prepared to face the type of weather they will encounter in the planned competitions.

  10. Please add core temperature as a METRIC. I don't use a temperature sensor, but I know when my core temperature is elevated. The metric would be for general tracking, e.g. normal, elevated, lower than normal.

    My core temp varies greatly throughout my menstrual cycle, and when it's high -- which can be for three weeks or more -- average HR can be up to 20 bpm higher, I can't hydrate enough, and training is compromised: an 'easy' 45 min run is often an effortful slog that leaves me feeling wiped out the next day.

  12. New strength builder is a good step in right direction. However, basically every gym app has section for history/analytics where a user can easily check progression and different kind of graphs. We need that too.

    Also, it is a very easy task to look a few popular gym apps like Strong and see how history/analytics has been done. And what other features they have... ;)

  14. Hi,

    it would be great if I could add certain comments into TP that would be included in the PMC. For example, I contracted Covid twice end in the winter training season 2023/2024 and eventually it took me 4 months to reach the same CTL level that I had at the beginning of the first infection.

    It would be nice to mark the beginning and end of the infection period or mark training camps.

  15. Hi,

    I'm doing lab testing once or twice a year including an indirect calorimetry. It would be nice if I were able to feed back the results of those tests into TrainingPeaks and/or WKO5.

    I'm sure the model could be made more accurate and perhaps, it might be possible to even come up with an estimation of how many grams of fat and carbohydrates I've burned in an exercise using the calorimetry's results.

  16. I don't see where the new strength workout includes TSS or IF for a completed workout. And it also seems that the auto sync for Apple and for Garmin doesn't pair either. Strength workouts add stress so they should have a TSS!

  18. I think it is very useful to allow the search for activities based on the search criterion based on RPE and subjective feeling. It would also be interesting to be able to visualize the trend of these parameters over time using a graph, in order to understand what may have been done wrong in the preparation

  19. Some devises take away the mile or km's from a structured workout or some athletes take turn lap off. Please add a show miles/KM laps option rather than having to highlight the graph. being able to change the distances along the bottom of the graph from miles to km and back again within analysis would also help with a small line where the mile/km starts would also help when highlighting sections by dragging
