  2. I am a triathlete and my understanding (and experience) is that I recover quicker from swimming than biking and quicker from biking than running. Should (and can) this be built into the form and fitness recovery algorithm over time so that my Form score for swimming recovers quicker from the same TSS as that of a run allowing me to get back in the pool sooner?

  3. My understanding is that recovery from training stress slows down with age. Can age be included as part of the algorithm for adjusting fatigue and form over time so that older athlete form and fitness scores 'recover' slower than younger athletes in line with empirical evidence?

  4. Often when building a track or speed workout for runners, I want to establish a range based on a target pace. Ie 1k repeats at 6:19 pace. To get the 1k pace, I have to leave TP and go to a pace conversion website then come back to TP. Additionally, I'd like to be able to build a workout using "pace" instead of HR related values. Why not put a "pace in K" or "pace in M" under "Units" in the workout build? Or, equally valuable is to allow me to put "target pace per M or K" in as…

  5. Have an option that if an athlete walks away or just disconnects from a coach the last 3-6 months' worth of programming gets deleted too? Not the data so what they did would still be there but the workouts that the coaches have spent time creating. So easy for someone to just leave and then go to another coach who potentially has access to all your workouts. On the flip side of that if a coach removes an athlete then there is the option for these to be deleted or not.
    As coaches, we spend a good bit of money…

  6. Upload a CSV File with all of the fields required for a running structured workout. I believe this should be quite simple and most of the people whom I've worked with have things structured on Excel and therefore the conversion to CSV is straight forward provide ease for the user and giving the community the opportunity to provide more information and help the platform grow even faster.

  7. I would like designate specific daily activities that auto-import from Garmin Connect (Meditation for instance) to come in with a TSS of 0. Perhaps this could be done by adding a workout that is set to ignore TSS/IF?

  8. When a coach has an assistant coach on their TrainingPeaks, the assistant should have access to that coach's custom workout libraries. I realize you can share libraries with other coaches, however I sometimes train new coaches with my company, and giving them access to my frequently updated and edited library of workouts would be immensely helpful to new and assistant coaches.

  9. My coach prescribes workouts in TP and it imports into my Garmin Fenix 6XPRO. My workout segments time counts down from that step's duration (15 minute warmup starts at 15 and counts down). If I change the workout in TP to "end step on lap button", the step's duration counts up (15 minute warmup starts at 0 and counts up). Now I have to remember how long each segment of the workout is so that I can closely follow the intended workout duration for each step. How can I use the "end step on lap button" and maintain the count…

  11. Why don’t you create an opt in library where coaches can post specific workouts that other coaches can use at a price per use? So the coach who spent the time creating the workout can benefit financially and you guys take profit on the sale.

    Just a thought

  12. PROBLEM
    All workouts created using the Workout builder look the same. You cant tell if its Power, HR or RPE based.

    SOLUTION:
    on the calendar, a workout will have a small icon showing if its based on Power, HR or RPE at a glace!

    If you build a:
    Bike workout based on Heart Rate - a 'Red Heart' will show
    Bike workout based on Power - a 'Lightning bolt' will show
    Bike workout based on RPE - a 'RPE chart' will show

    WHY?
    1. At a glance on the calendar you KNOW what's slated for our athletes
    2. Your athletes…

  13. The swim "planned duration" time in my training plan includes breaks. This is nice to be able to know how long it will take you to complete the workout. However, the uploaded data from the workout does NOT include breaks in the "completed duration".

    This results in overstating the TSS, intensity, etc. calculations for every swim workout. Having a swim TSS is a nice feature for triathletes, but what's the point if it will not measure correctly. I'm overstating my effort by 40-50% every workout.

    It seems like there is an easy fix here to 1)show "total" workout time and…

  15. Hi everybody,
    I think it could be useful, (for beginner self made coach like me) that when you have to create an automatic ATP it takes into consideration the main events (A , B, C type) but also the holidays (1 week, 2 week ecc) at low tss score because I don't have much time to train.

    For example:

    Imput--> C race 15/02 ;

    B race 02/04 ;

    A race 22/06 - 30/07 ;

    Holidays from 12 to 25/08 week tss 300 ;

    B race 15/09 ;

    A race 22/10

    Output--> ATP considering these eventualities

  16. Request for PMC refresh to improve ease of use and reduce differences between the App and Online

    Improvements for APP and Online
    Having four data series, ATL line in pink, CTL line in blue, TSB line in yellow and TSS red dots but only three scale labels is terribly confusing, having a different scale range for TSS and TSSd adds to the confusion. I spend a lot of time trying to decipher the graph, having a different scale for TSB makes great sense as those values are much smaller than the other three values, but the dual scales without clear…

  17. In Workout builder currently power can only be expressed as a percentage (%) of some key metrics (e.g. LTHR). However for some key testing sessions, like ramp tests Absolute values need to be entered. Garmin workout builder already does this. It would be useful in TP too to enable structured tests to be used.

  18. Is mentioned already by other users.

    But it would be a lot faster to be able to bypass the copy and paste context menu by simply dragging a workout and then releasing it while holding a certain button.

    Coming from Today's Plan, this should be an easy add from Training Peaks. I am surprised that such as small feature is not yet being implement.
    Hopefully soon.
