  2. Have an option that if an athlete walks away or just disconnects from a coach the last 3-6 months' worth of programming gets deleted too? Not the data so what they did would still be there but the workouts that the coaches have spent time creating. So easy for someone to just leave and then go to another coach who potentially has access to all your workouts. On the flip side of that if a coach removes an athlete then there is the option for these to be deleted or not.
    As coaches, we spend a good bit of money…

  3. PROBLEM
    All workouts created using the Workout builder look the same. You cant tell if its Power, HR or RPE based.

    SOLUTION:
    on the calendar, a workout will have a small icon showing if its based on Power, HR or RPE at a glace!

    If you build a:
    Bike workout based on Heart Rate - a 'Red Heart' will show
    Bike workout based on Power - a 'Lightning bolt' will show
    Bike workout based on RPE - a 'RPE chart' will show

    WHY?
    1. At a glance on the calendar you KNOW what's slated for our athletes
    2. Your athletes…

  4. Saturday.fit is a new workout nutrition app from Dr. Alex Harrison, PhD Sport Physiology & Performance
    Saturday Morning LLC. This app calculated optimal pre and intra-workout nutrition plans, and it would be great if they could get api access to allow for automation of nutrition planning based on my upcoming workout and race schedule.

  5. I am a triathlete and my understanding (and experience) is that I recover quicker from swimming than biking and quicker from biking than running. Should (and can) this be built into the form and fitness recovery algorithm over time so that my Form score for swimming recovers quicker from the same TSS as that of a run allowing me to get back in the pool sooner?

  6. The swim "planned duration" time in my training plan includes breaks. This is nice to be able to know how long it will take you to complete the workout. However, the uploaded data from the workout does NOT include breaks in the "completed duration".

    This results in overstating the TSS, intensity, etc. calculations for every swim workout. Having a swim TSS is a nice feature for triathletes, but what's the point if it will not measure correctly. I'm overstating my effort by 40-50% every workout.

    It seems like there is an easy fix here to 1)show "total" workout time and…

  8. Upload a CSV File with all of the fields required for a running structured workout. I believe this should be quite simple and most of the people whom I've worked with have things structured on Excel and therefore the conversion to CSV is straight forward provide ease for the user and giving the community the opportunity to provide more information and help the platform grow even faster.

  9. I would like designate specific daily activities that auto-import from Garmin Connect (Meditation for instance) to come in with a TSS of 0. Perhaps this could be done by adding a workout that is set to ignore TSS/IF?

  10. Is mentioned already by other users.

    But it would be a lot faster to be able to bypass the copy and paste context menu by simply dragging a workout and then releasing it while holding a certain button.

    Coming from Today's Plan, this should be an easy add from Training Peaks. I am surprised that such as small feature is not yet being implement.
    Hopefully soon.

  11. Utilize multiple units for workouts. Currently you can only use one unit; pace, power, heart rate, RPE. Utilizing multiple units would enable a coach to get more creative with workouts.

  12. I have both a Garmin and an Apple Watch (as do athletes that I coach). I feel that the health metrics from the AppleWatch are richer than they are on Garmin. I've been sending mine to TrainingPeaks via HealthFit and it's generally working out pretty well. The only thing I don't really love is the data isn't aggregated to one daily metric per day. I'd HRV, Pulse for one, SPO2 for another Weight for another (and then I go combine into 1 EVERY DAY.

    Native support would make this process much easier.

  13. Hi everybody,
    I think it could be useful, (for beginner self made coach like me) that when you have to create an automatic ATP it takes into consideration the main events (A , B, C type) but also the holidays (1 week, 2 week ecc) at low tss score because I don't have much time to train.

    For example:

    Imput--> C race 15/02 ;

    B race 02/04 ;

    A race 22/06 - 30/07 ;

    Holidays from 12 to 25/08 week tss 300 ;

    B race 15/09 ;

    A race 22/10

    Output--> ATP considering these eventualities

  15. In Workout builder currently power can only be expressed as a percentage (%) of some key metrics (e.g. LTHR). However for some key testing sessions, like ramp tests Absolute values need to be entered. Garmin workout builder already does this. It would be useful in TP too to enable structured tests to be used.

  16. My understanding is that recovery from training stress slows down with age. Can age be included as part of the algorithm for adjusting fatigue and form over time so that older athlete form and fitness scores 'recover' slower than younger athletes in line with empirical evidence?

  17. Creating a RACE/EVENT is cumbersome and not intuitive to include distance and duration. As a result., often athletes do not include these two important metrics because they are hidden. if the create EVENT/RACE was similar to the create sessions format it would ensure that this information is added.ie "required" before saving. Similar formatting for sessions and events would simplify the process. Thank you

  18. Often when building a track or speed workout for runners, I want to establish a range based on a target pace. Ie 1k repeats at 6:19 pace. To get the 1k pace, I have to leave TP and go to a pace conversion website then come back to TP. Additionally, I'd like to be able to build a workout using "pace" instead of HR related values. Why not put a "pace in K" or "pace in M" under "Units" in the workout build? Or, equally valuable is to allow me to put "target pace per M or K" in as…

  19. When a coach has an assistant coach on their TrainingPeaks, the assistant should have access to that coach's custom workout libraries. I realize you can share libraries with other coaches, however I sometimes train new coaches with my company, and giving them access to my frequently updated and edited library of workouts would be immensely helpful to new and assistant coaches.

  20. Symbols representing availability for the athlete each day of the week

    on each day of the week a symbol will represent what the athlete can do
    Monday an athlete can swim, bike and run and workout
    The symbol for swim bike run and weights will appear
    A better way could be the word 'all' or a green checkmark above the day Monday
    Another approach could be to only show what the athlete CANT do
    If the athlete cant swim Sundays
    Then the swim symbol is in red above Sundays

    The athlete will set their availability in Settings using a checkmark…
