strength
Love the new strength training interface. Is there a way that the new strength training feature can pull up old history of weights used in past workouts? That would be a helpful feature for clients to see what they did last sessions with the same exercise
Hi all!
We are excited that we are getting started with Athlete Exercise History!

this is critical to keeping athletes and coaches using the strength builder in my opinion. I have moved my strength sessions from trainerize into TP now as much easier under one banner. However my athletes are increasingly annoyed that have to not only record there weights lifted in the TP app during session but also make hand written notes so they can remember what they lifted in the previous session, withot having to keep scrolling to last week and checking. I have never seen another strength app based programme that doesnt allow for this and graphs and charts of pbs etc
I thought the strength programming ability would be the game changer that TP needed but its just not there yet and looking at past comments this could do with being released soon.
The TP virtual integration has been amazing but please dont lose sight of other areas too.
Many Thanks -

Any update on when this will be released? I've moved over to this app recently from another app who provided history of weights+reps, charts to match & had it for all biometrics. I'm surprised that this app which has so much technical charts doesn't show previous workout history regarding strength training

Agree! Very important and helpful. If athletes will continue using TP for strenght, instead of using other apps (as we did before), this is an important feature.

any update on this? I think it is critical to the improvement of the strength program if we want athletes to be able to track their strength and also not have to look back at old workouts and close app, etc or use 3rd party apps to track the weight used.

Yes, this would be a great feature! And also if I could add RIR (repetitions in reserve) or RPE next to the series/reps, it would be cool.
