Strength Training Interface
I would like to bring back the topics of improving the Strength Training Interface on TP. Strength training is a core tenet of endurance training and is a huge part of my coaching practice. Training Peaks is easily the industry standard apart from the strength training. Having the ability to enter sets/reps on a particular exercise as well as being able to track improvements over time within the app on similar exercises would be a phenomenal.
Please consider adding this feature as it would no doubt be a game changer for users and coaches. Thank you.

I'd like to see an option to track some weightlifting metrics. As a "hybrid athlete", I lift twice a week - mostly barbell stuff - and would like to include a way of tracking some of my lifts. This could include a one rep max calculator to estimate 1RM from multi-rep lifts. You could start with deadlift, squat, bench and press and add from there. Currently I add these in freestyle to the workout description, but am unable to search historical lifts.

I'm a physical therapist and endurance coach; most of my clients are doing endurance training and strength/mobility training and/or rehabilitation exercises at the same time. It sure would be nice to not have to use 2-3 different platforms for each client. I know this sort of thing is in process; I'd love to know when it will be made available.

Hi all! I'm stoked to announce we are in Beta for our strength functionality. If you would like to get on the Beta waitlist, please add your email here: https://www.trainingpeaks.com/strength/

TrainingPeaks should add a strength training tracking capability directly within their own App. A grid for exercises, set number, load, reps or duration, and rest times per set would be super helpful within the TrainingPeaks App. Don't integrate with another App that requires another paid subscription. We already need use too many Apps. Centralize it. Do it in TrainingPeaks. Help us help ourselves and our athletes track our endurance and strength training in one place please. Thank you.

Integrate with TrainHeroic. Symbiotic and will get the job done nicely. TH needs HR monitoring etc.

Please include sets/reps/weight for structured strength workouts. If training peaks did this then it really would be the lead in the fitness industry.

Allow sets, reps, weights, and exercise type to be tracked in a meaningful way. Weight training is proven to improve cycling performance so I'd like to track it in training peaks rather than another app. This also allows my coach to see.

Since COVID I’ve built a library of short videos demonstrating strength exercises that my clients can do at home to supplement their endurance training.
Unfortunately there’s a 25MB limit on file upload which means even the shortest videos can’t be uploaded.
Can we please increase file limit to allow for that.
Right now I have to use another app to deliver these exercises to my TP clients.
