Great that Garmin sleep data and body battery now syncs but can we also have a sync for resting heart rate data and HRV please
It’s great that Garmin sleep data and body battery now sync along with weight, body fat and muscle mass but it’s still missing part of the story. Please can we have a sync from Garmin for resting heart rate data and HRV data as well please, much more useful for my coach to be able to see everything

Hey everyone,
Great news! I'm thrilled to announce that Resting Heart Rate (RHR) tracking is now live!
You can now monitor and analyze your RHR directly within TrainingPeaks, giving you another powerful tool to optimize your performance and recovery.
We appreciate your patience and are excited to hear how this new feature impacts your training. As always, keep the feedback coming!
Best,
Nick -

Any idea when resting HR will make it into TP? Last update that it's work in progress is already one month ago.

That's really cool! Since 2 June I can see HRV metric in TP, synchronised from Garmin Connect. That's a really good start. Are you going to include the suggested sleep data as well or will it be HRV only?

Any update from TP? This just seems in the category of 'why isn't this a thing already?!'.
I genuinely can't believe I'm still having to manually input my HRV each morning to TP. Ludicrous! -

This is a MUST, along with:
- STRESS LEVEL
- SPO2
- SLEEP QUALITY (must harmonize the options between TP and GARMIN) -

Copy this. Being able to sync HRV from Garmin wearables to TP would be great. I appreciate average night HRV isnt the optimal way of measuring it, but still would be valuable showing multi-day trends I think. (Ref Marco in HRV4Training).
Thanks!

You know, you still manage to surprise me with your ability to willingly exclude metrics that are just readily available in devices you're already syncing with.
HRV is the new kid on the block now.
The new article on your platform at https://www.trainingpeaks.com/blog/using-heart-rate-variability-to-schedule-the-intensity-of-your-training/?_gl=1%2A1en9lfx%2A_ga%2AMjA0NTc4NA..%2A_ga_Z2LEWBWKBD%2AMTY3NzE4NTc4NS41NTEuMS4xNjc3MTg1OTYwLjAuMC4w is proof now. So, why not include HRV from existing devices, like Garmin, to the sync instead of making the users pay extra for external apps? You've already, FINALLY, included extra metrics from Garmin like sleep, body battery, etc. back in August or something. Why not include HRV? It's just another field, isn't it?

I second this, but I also want Blood Pressure, Steps, HR, etc.

Garmin's new BP Index device loads into Garmin account - It should sync into Training Peaks as there are already fields for it, next to Garmin Metrics for Sleep, Body Battery, Stress Levels, etc.

Just created another Feedback for the same change. This is absolutely critical, it can't be too tricky since we already have Body Battery & Sleep data?
Please Training Peaks! -

Body Battery & Sleep data was enabled earlier this year but we're still having to manually upload HRV daily.
Could this be enabled? HRV is becoming the 'gold standard' metric for coaching.Obviously the remaining Garmin Analytics would be great too.

+1 on this, Garmin is already tracking all this info and there are fields in "Metrics" for all this data already in Training Peaks. The info just needs to be pulled over so I don't need to manually enter it for my coach each day.

Hi TrainingPeaks
Thanks for bringing Garmin Health Metrics to TrainingPeaks 👍
It would be great if you also could sync HRV og RHR. Garmin has begun to track those metrics just like Whoop og Ours.
Thanks 🙏
Best regards
Glen
