  1. When I swim, I swim in metric so 25m pool or 2500m in open water. However, when I cycle or run, I do it in miles. Unfortunately there is only 1 unit preference setting in Training Peaks which makes it a pain as I cannot figure out how well I'm doing for my lap swims or my open water swims. I tried to manually update the distance on the swim workout to meters but the pace still shows in yards. I would suggest that training peaks have a default unit per activity type so that swims display in metric while…

  2. It would be helpful if the new strength workout builder could also be ordered in the calendar view. For example now it is always set before a cycling workout and I cannot switch it with the cycling workout, so that it is set afterwards (as it was possible with the old builder).

  3. Please add "Average" to metrics "Overall Feeling" and "Motivation" so you don't have to choose between "Below Average" and "Above Average".

    My coach was asking me why I feel "below average" since a long time. I answered there is no possibility to choose "Average", only possibility to choose "Above Average" but I don't feel "Above Average" because I feel "Average".

  4. For a cross-country skier two profiles for skiing is critical, one for classic and one for skate! In this way it will be possible to do some analyses!

  5. The translation from rowing wattage to split times (time:500m) is not correct at TP. Due there is a easy formula at concept 2. Is it possible to adjust this?

  6. Why is not possibile to have a table/chart with 1 km/1 mile splits if the athlete registered without "auto-lap". This function would be useful ad there is in all other software. Please add it, I can't do you manually (for example for a marathon I see only 1 single split but I want to see 42 splits even if the athletes does not use a auto-lap)

  9. Hi colleges, I have a lot of work-outs in my library. Next tot strength & conditioning I also do CPET exercise testing (Cardio Pulmonary Exercise Testing). From that the athletes get training zones built on / derived from FTP/anaerobic threshold (VT2), but also from aerobic threshold/Fatmax (VT1). In the work-out in TrainingPeaks the 'units' are always % of anaerobic threshold or % of heart rate max. However, when I want my clients to do a warm up in zone 1, or a cooling down in the recovery zone (or a recovery phase during interval sessions), this can only be seen…

  10. Traditional Strength Training recorded on an Apple Watch flows to TrainingPeaks as "others," which requires me to manually update the workout to Strength for my athletes (more are using the Apple Watch now). This seems to be a rather quick fix to make. Would it be possible for the TrainingPeaks Product team to look into it and get a fix?

  11. currently you can add calorie intake via the myfitnesspal app. would it be possible to manually add calories consumed as a metric (for non-myfitnesspal users)?

  12. Coach Vacation or availability. Just as an athlete says they are unavailable or have limited availability. A way to inform athletes that coach is away or has limited availability etc

  13. Better options for Availability. Example, selecting reoccurring days off per week or month. For instance, if there are training programs in place, it auto populates for all the days. Now if there is an option to block off dates we can’t work out, then the training day automatically moves to next available day. Check out Hal Higdon’s running app, the calendar lets you choose workout days.

  14. Select better weather forecast service. For me, all recent forecasts (7 days) were off and upcoming forecasts are out of sync with the major apps. That can certainly be improved. If I would have acted according to the recent forecasts, I would have not been out cycling at all for 7 days. Instead I had 5 great rides, 2 days off.

  15. As a coach we receive email notifications, when an athletes training session gets uploaded.
    It would be great if this also happened when athletes enter their daily metrics into TP. This way ups and downs and feelings are flagged as well as any notes on sleep etc.

  17. If workouts are accidently deleted there should be a trash functionality to be able to restore those workouts.
    This might happen if you synch your training plan to your sportswatch and you want to do today`s acutal training session later and just go for a little commute or something else.

    Is anyone else struggling with this?

  18. There should be a possibility to select which body composition values are sync from a source.

    Right now both my Garmin account and my TrainingPeaks accout are connected to Withings. As a result in my TrainiogPeaks calendar I get a metrics entry for weight and body fat from withings and I get a second entry from Garmin with just the weight. And the value Garmin provide was synced from Withings as well.

  19. Be able to set notification parameters to athlete's daily metrics so coaches can get notified when an athlete exceeds one -- a weight parameter which could indicate dehydration, or high morning resting HR which could indicate high fatigue, or overall fatigue level high, etc.

  20. It would be great to have the ability to bulk delete items from a calendar. One of my athletes just connected her HRV4Training app and it dumped two months of history on one day, which skewed her data pretty badly. It would be nice (for me or her) to not have to go through and delete all these one by one. Also if an athlete has covid and I need to wipe their workouts off their calendar for several weeks, this would also be useful.
