Next Button
When you are programming at the bottom of the session page there should be a next or back button so that you can go to the next day and program without going back to calendar or finding the right date. Currently when writing a multi week program I lose my spot going to the calendar.

Add a list view to let clients complete workouts freely, not by calendar.
Right now, clients have to follow a calendar-based workout schedule. If they miss days or weeks (due to travel, illness, life events, etc.), it becomes confusing and overwhelming to jump back in. They either have to skip missed workouts or constantly adjust dates, which hurts long-term consistency - especially for general population users who need flexibility.
With an optional "workout list view" where clients see a simple ordered list of their upcoming workouts, hey can complete the next workout whenever they’re ready, without worrying about missing or reassigning calendar dates. This would make it much easier for clients to stay…

Give users access 1 week at a time for a program
They can see next weeks workout, but its locked and only have access to the week your on. Would be nice because people could feel focused on that week only and would get a sense of anticipation for future workouts

Allow copy paste of exercises within a workout.
For example, if I'm in the gym and someone is on the equipment that I need, so I must shift that movement later in my workout. Or if I'm pressed for time, and need to prioritize which movements I accomplish on a day, I may re-order my entire workout. Right now, I would need to delete everything in the session and re-add all movements in the order I want. Instead I'd like to see the ability to essentially drag movements up or down within the session.

Leaderboard
Being able to have multiple options for leaderboards i.e weekly/monthly/all time etc
Currently it is daily but not everyone’s clients train on the same day ofcourse they can move the session but would make more sense to post a weekly/monthly etc workout challenge then the leaderboard would be more motivating having multiple opportunities to compete in all different metrics.5 votes -

Training peaks integration
Integration with Training Peaks where the scheduled workouts in Train Heroic (with detail) show up in TP calendar, and completed workouts in TH can be uploaded into TP with details and comments.
