Keep the Calendar In the same place when designing a program
When I am building out a program in the library and navigating through the calendar on the top left of the session previews, the calendar keeps returning to week 1 after I choose a day to open up and start my programming. This happens when I am programming in week 4 or later in the program. It is bothersome to have to find the day and week where I am in order to navigate to another day in the program.

Responding to notifications
I would love to be able to respond to notifications within the notifications window. It would be much more efficient if I was able to open up the window right there on the same page and respond to their comment rather than directing me to the athlete's program and the day they inputted the notification. Then I have to return to the notifications page, find the next notification and do the same thing again. If I am trying to respond to multiple athletes and multiple comments then this is very time-consuming.

Add an event with a countdown
Allow me (or my athlete) to add an event to the calendar, for which there is a countdown. Throwdowns, weightlifting meets, track meets, tournaments, Games, qualifiers, etc. The training plan almost always points to a competition of some kind, so having the "X Days Until" that TrainingPeaks has could be a big motivator for all my coached athletes.

Being able to wipe an athletes calendar in one go instead of having to go through each week manually

Update App - voice overs for workouts/exercises
Update app: Be able to create voice overs for individual workouts and exercises to make it more personalized for client and so they can listen to feedback and cues as they workout (similar to LADDER set up).
AND have exercises be playing in back ground of sets/reps section at overview so they can always see the video while working out versus having to go back and forth from black box to the logging weights/reps section

Edit from the Program Calendar Screen
I'd love the ability to program some workout options from the Program calendar screen. When I'm building a program, I often program in blocks wherein exercises within workouts don't change from week to week, but the reps, sets, or intensity does change. I'd love to be able to alter those metrics from the main program builder calendar page rather than having to go into each individual session to make changes at each exercise. I believe that TrueCoach does this (one thing they do well), and I appreciate the feature. It would cut down my programming time by a large margin!

Naps as a metric
Someone mentioned adding naps as a metric back in 2020 but I think this idea should be revisited. Sleep is so vital for athletes and naps to include a portion of most athletes sleep so it would helpful for coaches and athletes to be able to track this metric.
