  3. Basically that i can start the workout on the mobile and then keep track of my sets/reps/weights and pause timer on the watchOs app. The feature is rather 'simple' :
    start training from the phone->
    monitor current section . in normal exercise go set by set . Button starts set. after the set (button push) -> enter reps (show from plan if any) / enter weitghts (show from plan if any) -> after button push a pause timer is starting to check your rest (rest time not recorded-> maybe next feature)

  4. There should be an API accessible for TrainHeroic users, in particular to athletes. This would allow third parties to provide integrations between TrainHeroic and other platforms.

    As an example, a developer could build an integration between TrainHeroic and Garmin Connect's Training API to be able to display TrainHeroic trainings on their Garmin training watches.

  7. It would be really great to have a functionality to track the volume (either total weight lifted or number of sets) per muscle over time (ie by week, month etc). This feature would make it much easier for the athletes and coaches to see how balanced their program is, and make changes to the program to give more attention to lagging muscle groups. I'm imagining a dropdown box where the user can select a muscle group and a graph of volume over time will be plotted, in addition to a sort of heat map on a body graphic to show…

  8. It will be very usefull to have some kind of integration with garming conncect, strava or other running apps.

  13. I’m looking for two specific features related to exercise filtering. First, you have a search on the exercise, but NOT on the tag. To me, I actually prefer a search by tag than workout name (too much variability DB vs Dumbbell, etc.). I realize you can check the filter, but I have a fairly long list of tags. Actually, mine isn’t that long, but with all the built in ones, and mine, it’s a long list. Also, when I’m filtering, I’m most likely to do it by training phase or body part than a specific exercise, so I can pick…

  14. Right now, if you created your own circuit or exercise, changing the information or adding more exercises to your circuit will not update the programs you have created which seems flawed.

    As a coach, you want to be able to keep all your programs up to date with the latest videos, latest coaching instructions, and of course latest content without having to go to the 100+ programs created just to update the the exercise one by one to get the latest information.

    If an exercise/circuit is changed/updated, it should simply update dynamically in all the programs including the ones that…

  17. This could be a devices and programming comment. There is no right click feature in iPad unless you have a bluetooth mouse (which most people don't) so the copy and paste feature doesnt work too well. I can copy exiting workouts fine but because there is only the "add from library" and "create session" options from the calendar I cant simply paste on any day I would lie.

    I try to do programming on my iPad and I can create workouts fine but sometimes the browser windows are not the right size and I cannot save certain features, for example…

  18. I think it would be great to be able to insert a block above an existing block instead of having to insert a block at the end and use the "move up" arrows to reorder an exercise.

    I find this when I have prewritten programs where I may want to add a certain warmup for a specific client I have to go insert that warmup at the end of the workout and use the up arrows several times to move that "prep" block to the beginning of the session.

  19. I don't like my clients seeing an ad to upgrade to a better version when they sign up. If they're signing up under me they should have access to the pro app for free. I want my athletes to have those features and I think it's scammy to pass that cost on to them. I also think it makes me as a coach look cheap.
