8. Common Air Suspension Problems Luxury Car Owners Should Know About

   Air suspension gives luxury cars a smooth ride, stable handling, and automatic ride-height control. But when one part starts to fail, the symptoms can appear in different ways.

   If your BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Range Rover, Porsche, Bentley, Audi, or other luxury car is sitting lower than normal, riding rough, or showing a suspension warning, it is worth checking the system early.

   Here are some common air suspension problems owners should know about.

   1. Air Suspension Leaks

   A leaking air spring is one of the most common causes of a car sitting low after it has been parked.

   Common signs:

   • One corner of the car sits lower
   • The vehicle drops overnight
   • You hear a hissing sound
   • The compressor runs more often
   • The car takes longer to reach normal height

   A small leak can put extra load on the air suspension compressor. Finding the leak early can help prevent additional damage.

   2. Air Suspension Compressor Failure

   The compressor supplies pressurized air to the suspension system. If an air spring or air line has a leak, the compressor may have to work much harder to maintain ride height.

   Warning signs include:

   • Compressor runs for a long time
   • Compressor becomes louder than usual
   • Car does not rise to normal height
   • Suspension warning appears on the dashboard
   • The system stops raising the vehicle

   Replacing the compressor without checking for the original cause may not solve the problem. A proper diagnostic check should include the air springs, lines, valve block, and compressor.

   3. Faulty Valve Block

   The valve block controls the flow of air between the compressor and individual air springs.

   A valve block problem can cause uneven ride height or prevent one side of the vehicle from adjusting correctly.

   You may notice:

   • One corner stays low
   • Vehicle height changes slowly
   • Suspension does not respond correctly
   • Air pressure is not distributed properly
   • The car remains tilted after starting

   A diagnostic scan and pressure or leak testing can help identify whether the valve block is actually at fault.

   4. Ride Height Sensor Problems

   Height sensors tell the suspension control system where each corner of the vehicle is positioned.

   A damaged or incorrectly calibrated sensor can make the system receive the wrong height information.

   Common symptoms include uneven ride height, suspension warning lights, incorrect height adjustment, or a system that refuses to raise or lower the vehicle.

   After replacing a height sensor, calibration may also be required on some vehicles.

   5. Worn Air Struts or Shock Absorbers

   Air suspension does not only control ride height. The shock absorber also affects ride comfort and handling.

   A worn shock absorber can cause:

   • Excessive bouncing
   • Hard or uncomfortable ride
   • Poor handling
   • Nose diving during braking
   • Uneven tire wear
   • Knocking or suspension noises

   This is why a suspension inspection should check both the air component and the mechanical shock absorber.

   6. Suspension Problems Caused by UAE Heat

   • Check the vehicle height after parking overnight

   • Inspect tires for uneven wear
   • Service the suspension when symptoms appear
   • Use suitable replacement parts
   • Get the system calibrated after relevant repairs

   The important point is not to replace expensive parts based only on one symptom. A low vehicle could have an air spring leak, valve block issue, height sensor fault, or another suspension problem.

   You should arrange a proper inspection if your luxury car is sitting low, leaning to one side, bouncing excessively, or repeatedly showing a suspension warning.

9. Embedded Coaching Videos in Coaching Notes

   I’d like to suggest a feature that I think would be extremely valuable for coaches and clients: the ability to add a built-in video directly to the Coaching Notes for an individual workout.

   The important part is that this would need to be a native TrainHeroic feature, not a Loom video, external link, or separate video platform. When programming a workout, the coach would simply have an option to “Add Video Note” for that specific training day. The coach could record or upload a short video directly through TrainHeroic, and that video would then automatically appear within the client’s workout in the TrainHeroic app.

   The client could simply open the workout, click play, and get a quick overview of how to approach that specific session without ever leaving the app.

   This would allow coaches to explain things that are difficult to communicate through written notes alone, such as:

   How to approach the overall workout
   Superset structure and transitions
   Rest periods
   Expected intensity and effort
   Pacing
   Specific coaching cues
   How certain exercises should be approached that day
   Any adjustments or considerations specific to the workout

   I think this would make Coaching Notes significantly more valuable and create a much more hands-on coaching experience for online clients. It would essentially allow coaches to provide a quick video briefing for each workout while keeping the entire coaching experience within the TrainHeroic system for both the coach and the client.

   The goal isn’t simply to add video, it’s to make video coaching notes a native part of the workout experience.

12. Feature Request: Automated Google Sheets Integration / Advanced Coach Programming Interface

    Hi TrainHeroic Product & Development Team,

    I am an online fitness coach and a heavy user of TrainHeroic. My coaching primarily focuses on functional health and strength training for adults and parents aged 45-65. Because of the nature of this demographic, safe, gradual, and meticulously tracked progression is critical to my programming.

    Currently, I am experiencing a significant bottleneck in my workflow that costs me hours every week, and I believe solving this could be a massive value-add for all coaches on your platform.

    The Current Problem: The "Double Entry" Loop
    To plan my clients' upcoming blocks safely, I need to see their historical performance (sets, reps, weight, and notes) across specific exercises. Since I can't easily view this historical data side-by-side with a future programming canvas inside the app, I use Google Sheets to track their progress.

    My current workflow is:

    Client logs their results in the TrainHeroic app.

    I manually extract/copy these results from TrainHeroic into my Google Sheets tracker.

    I analyze the spreadsheet to plan the next workout.

    I manually type the new plan back into TrainHeroic.

    My Current Tracking Sheet Structure:
    To give you a better idea of what I need to see, the Google Sheet I currently use (which I have attached as examples) is structured as follows:

    A Weekly Overview: A main tab outlining the list of exercises (Exercise A, B, C...) planned for a specific date/week.

    Individual Exercise Tabs: A dedicated tab for each specific movement. Each row logs a single session (Date, Instructions), breaking down up to 5 sets (or a Top Set followed by back-off sets). For every set, I track Reps and Weight, ending with a Notes column for qualitative feedback.

    This structure allows me to view an exercise's entire history at a glance, which is exactly the context I am missing natively within the app while programming.

    Proposed Solutions:

    I would love to request one of the following solutions to automate or eliminate this friction:

    Option 1: Native API Integration / Webhooks (Google Sheets / Zapier)
    Allow an automated outbound data sync. When a client completes a session and logs their metrics, the data (Exercise, Sets, Reps, Weight, RPE, Notes) should automatically push to a designated Google Sheet via a webhook or direct integration. This would allow coaches to maintain automated tracking dashboards outside the app without manual data entry.

    Option 2: An Enhanced "Coach’s Programming Workspace" (In-App)
    Build a dedicated interface within the TrainHeroic coach backend that mimics the utility of a tracking spreadsheet.
    When I am programming an exercise for a client for the upcoming week, I need a dynamic side-panel or view that automatically pulls their last 3-4 sessions for that specific exercise. If I can see what they lifted last week right next to the box where I am typing next week's prescription, the need for an external Google Sheet disappears entirely.

15. Add name / athlete identity display to athlete "preview" screen to display multiple individual workouts next to eachother

    In my gym, I run semi-private training, so everyone has their own custom workout that is different from everyone else. I want to have the ability to display all their workouts clearly on my monitors / TV. The "preview" feature is great for this, except you can't see the athletes name when in the preview screen, it only shows the date and the exercises... I need the athlete identity, their name, displayed somwhere so when people look at 4 workouts or so that are displayed next to each other, they can easily identify which is which.
