  1. Scenario would apply to a planned workout ride:
Would it please be possible to get asked (via a PopUp) if one wants to finish the workout once its completed or to continue the ride.

This would make it a lot easier and intuitive to end the workout once its completed without having to find the "end ride" button within the "menu" navigation.

    Thanks!

  2. I recently started using the avotro controllers in game. They work well, but there are a couple of redundancies and some buttons do nothing. It would be great to be able to customize the button layout for the functions I use the most.

  4. I would love to see the estimated time that TPV thinks I will take for a given route. When I am selecting a route to ride it already in theory has my FTP so just like Zwift it can give me an estimate of how long it thinks I will take to do a route (or show me a previous performance). I want this because I often want to choose something which I can do in X amount of time and it is tough for me to estimate currently.

To be clear I would like to see this when I…

  5. Hi George, full disclosure I am a long time user of Zwift. I tried TPV / Indievelo for the first time yesterday: Very impressive, fully satisfied with the app, interface with TP worked fine (download and upload), congratulations for the good work.

For your consideration, I am sharing with you one feature that I believe would be a great addition to your product. It would be great if we could track the W' decreases and increases, particularly when doing intervals, with the goals 1) to avoid over training when the W' is becoming empty; and 2) providing the users to…

  7. Discord voice channels are widely used by indoor cycling teams and it would be very useful to have Integrated Discord Voice Channel support built in TrainingPeaks Virtual. And for example, it could be also used by team managers during the races and also as general voice chat in group and group training rides.

As we are at it, also Discord text channel support could be very convinient in prepearing events and managing teams.

  8. Harking back to early PC video games, I'd love hidden routes or short cuts in the open world. These could be unlocked by entering a sequence at a specific time on a route (e.g., near the chalets, you enter left, left, right, right, left and turn abruptly onto said off-road trail and discover something new.

Honestly, if it takes, you'd have folks touring around the world searching for these. It could also integrate easily with Zwift Play or any other cycling controller.

From there, you could make it ok in informal group rides to take short cuts. This might be…

  9. When I weigh myself in the morning, I wish I could easily update my weight in TPV right there. Instead, I have to hope I remember to change it later on when I open my iPad to TPV. I have the Hub on my phone, but not TPV, so I think it'd be beneficial to update weight in Hub.

  10. Zwift has AdZ and Ventoux. MyWhoosh has an Everesting route, although not ideal due to extra distance covered for turn arounds.

It would be nice to have a dedicated climbing route that is say 1106-1110 meters and thus requires about 8 repeats to complete an VEveresting. Ideally something with (short) turn arounds at the top and bottom and few if any intersections where someone might accidently turn off.

Lastly - limit gradient to 8-12%. That way you can complete the everesting without having to constantly be changing gears. Lower gradient at switchbacks is fine to provide rests. And no negative…

  12. I really hate that I can't see the full workout title (in both, mobile and desktop) and I need to click on "edit" to be able to read it.
Just display it fully in multiple lines if needed, I have no idea why it was put as "one line".
My workout titles are often longer and have some important info added in the end (and later in description), but why truncating the title???

  13. TP Minimalist / Split Screen Mode

During my workout today, I split the screen between watching some trash TV and TPV.
Usually when I do that with Zwift, I just open the Companion App, so that I can see the information I need with very simple visuals, so that I don't even need to have the screen open.

I was thinking that it would be incredible to click a button and change the view in the app to only see the info / numbers and the upcoming intervals. Something that could be very small, but display all the info very…

  14. The Elite Square Frame connects to a Elite Trainer for virtual shifting. But it also has more controller buttons which can be useful for TPV. Is it possible to connect to both?

  15. TPV sends the data from a programmed workout plus the 0 W time between the end and logout. IOW, a 60 min workout that is logged out 5 minutes after the workout appears as a 65 min workout with 5 min of 0 W at the end. Confuses the weekly totals

  16. Camera 1 goes further back, as we go faster.
Could it also go "higher on descents" and "lower in uphills" ? (otherwise the top HUD hides the riders a few meters in front, up the hill) ?
Maybe the camera could duck down and zoom in if you are aero tucking too

  17. On the route profile at the bottom of the screen you can see your position. It would be good to see the position of other groups within an event, or possibly just first and last place. I can imagine these would be smaller markers, maybe thinner and a different colour so as not to confuse, but still to be visible.

  18. Type 1 : "Win and out"
    * The opposite of the current elimination system : if you're first on the line, you win the race. The next sprint will determine top 2, etc

    Type 2 : "Handicap race"
    * the platform automatically computes a time penalty. Riders are then automatically released at said time penalty : weakest rider goes first. Strongest rider goes last and has to catch up with everyone. Organizer can decide if the draft is on or off

    Type 3: "Battle Royale":
A rider is eliminated when being overtaken by an "enemy" pacer bot. The pacer bot…

  19. There is a bug still unresolved.
The members of my team are not automatically equipped with the team outfit.
If they equip themselves with the outfit and leave TPV while saving, they are still not equipped by default with the correct outfit when they reconnect.
When I was a member of IndieVelo, it worked perfectly... that’s no longer the case today!
It is necessary that this bug be corrected as soon as possible!

Thank you in advance for your feedback on this subject.

  20. Hi,

I would like to suggest something. As drinking on a trainer is quite important and we should drink enough, what about a customable reminder for drinking intervals? Our avatar already has a bottle on the bike and what about if we see him/her drinking at predefined time intervals so we get a reminder to drink also? It's just an idea as with a Garmin computer you already have these kind of reminders. It would be cool and functional. Thank you.
