  1. Hi,

Can we please get the strength exercise history to be visible for athletes and coaches with a basic account? I understand you can upgrade to access this feature; however, I do not wish for my athletes to have access to all the other data that comes with a premium account.

Additionally, please include the option to add a 1/2 kg measurement in the weight tracking feature. Being limited to whole numbers is frustrating.

I appreciate the new strenght builder is still in the early stages of development, though these two features minmise it's effectiveness greatly.

  2. It would be great to have the option to not have a "planned pace" auto filled when using a workout from the structured workout builder. It time consuming to have to manually delete planned pace from each workout that I drag and drop onto a calendar. Sometimes they repopulate after I delete them. Also, they are wildly inaccurate for what each athlete typically runs. For example, an athlete that runs Zone 1 in around 8:30-9 min/mile it gives a "planned pace" of about 12 min/mile. This is very unhelpful, particularly for trail and ultra trail runners.

  3. Ability to have uploaded strength workouts auto sync with the new strength programming sessions programmed for athletes in their programs as currently it keeps them separated and cannot lync/sync them together to be completed unless you check off each and every exercise.

  4. Is there anything on the road map where as coaches we would be able to programme strength based movements from an athletes 1RM. My understanding and chatting to one of the sales directors is that the current limitations are reps sets and RPE. But it would be really useful to add a % of their 1RM aligned to the type of strength training.

Seeing as %'s of thresholds and zone training can already be done, is this something that will be coming for strength training?

  5. As a coach would it be very useful to get the ability back, to set training zones for customers and also use own programming of training zones. That doesn´t mean to take this ability away from customers, but my experience is that 90% are very happy if i would programm all the stuff.

  6. It would be awesome, especially for endurance athletes, to be able to add tempo to strength workouts. Adding a comment is an easy enough work around, but it would still be a cool feature.

  7. When selecting the 'Filter by' option, allow coaches to type in the duration/distance/tss instead of just using the slide bars. Sometimes the slide bars are too close together and it makes it impossible to re-adjust them.

Also add a 'reset' button that would clear all of the filters.

  8. I think it would be great to create custom zones based on max HR, reserve HR, Max Aerobic Speed... Not only based on % of Threshold

  9. I would like to be able to export all workouts to a CSV file, and be able to edit names, heart rate rules, distances and durations and then re-upload to Training Peaks?

Or perhaps you own workout library syncs to a backend file that can be used to advanced editing.

  10. I wish the training calendar could be printed off in months to hang on the wall with all planned training in the calendar. I would like to print my training calendar off as a full month (each month) to hang on my office wall. Right now this is not possible as it prints the calendar layout all weird and cant be printed as just as a single month.

  11. Sometimes I have more time in the cave than expected. So I would like to have the ability to enlarge workout by defined times like "+1min", "+10min". And it adds up time to the workout step, depending on how often I push the desired button.
It's a pain to rewind the desired step for several times.

  12. As mentioned, sometimes it would be useful if you could just increase/decrease the intensity of a single workout step and every step afterwards jumps back to the 100%.

  14. workout planning system. It would be extremely beneficial to have the ability to:

    • Copy and paste specific workout sections within the same workout plan for easy replication of similar training blocks
    • Save specific workout sections as templates for future use in new workout plans
    • Create a library of saved workout templates that can be easily accessed and inserted into new programs

This functionality would significantly streamline the workout planning process and save time when creating new training programs that share similar elements.

  15. Dear TrainingPeaks Team,

As a coach, I see a growing need for a holistic approach to coaching, where not only training data but also lifestyle factors such as HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep play a crucial role. Polar provides valuable insights in this area, and it would be incredibly beneficial if TrainingPeaks could integrate this data directly into the platform.

Currently, TrainingPeaks already supports data from Garmin and Whoop, which is a great step towards providing a complete picture of an athlete or client. As an organization, we aim to use data carriers and wearables independently of specific brands,…

  16. When an Athlet leaves your coaching after years. How can I keep his trainings in store ? To not loose my ideas for Training from the past in order to recap it in the future? I can save and retain about a year of coaching.

Find a way to retain athlets trainingplans from the past for more than a year, but i would like to save the whole training period.

  17. It would be nice to have a 'Warm-Up Library' where you can add your own different kind of WU's: (repeated)sprints, progressive efforts, high cadence spin ups, torque efforts. To then access these in the workout builder, to drag them for a workout. Would be time-efficient, and a good way to differentiate more in WU.

  18. The new strength builder is great; however, I'm limited to exercises utilizing the existing "movement + video + parameters" format. Oftentimes, I like to have athletes finish a strength session with some sort of circuit (AMRAP, EMOM, etc etc). In the past, I'd just use text to explain this to them but I'm finding that the new builder doesn't allow for me to build a simple text box into the session. Having that as an option would be HUGE.

  20. when building a cycling workout using the workout builder in training peaks the power is always entered as a % of ftp. as I always think in terms of watts it would be very helpful if the workout builder would show me the power in watts as well. I'd like to enter the % of ftp as usual and be shown what wattage that equates to (based on currently entered ftp) somewhere on the screen. clearly the wattage will change if I get a new ftp but it would be helpful whilst I'm building/editing a workout. many thanks.

    NB. I…
