  1. I know a similar one was discarded.
But every time I'm not 100% focused and hit wrongly the paste button it make a mess.
It takes me minutes of clean up work to go back to the initial plan.

Why there's no undo or CTRL+Z option in Trainingpeaks?

  2. Being able to recommend a specific pace range (not just a percentage of threshold) if a runner is trying to hit a qualification and wants to get used to the pace.

  3. It would be incredibly helpful to have the ability to create sub-folders within the Workout Library. For example:

    • Track Workouts > VO2 Max, Threshold, 5K-Specific, beginner
    • Half Marathon Workouts > Long Runs, Peak Runs, Tempo Sessions

This added layer of structure would significantly improve library organization and efficiency, especially for coaches managing a diverse set of athletes and training focuses. The ability to filter or categorize workouts more specifically would streamline programming and save valuable time.

  4. I scrolled through the feedback and ideas of others, and it looks like you are making great efforts to make changes, so thank you TrainingPeaks Team!

If you have not already, I suggest looking at the App, Strong. They have a really great format, but I'd rather use TrainingPeaks because it's nice having both my cardio and strength workouts in one area. The new Strength app from TP is very good! For me to really love it and not want to supplement elsewhere, here is what I think could be useful.

    1) Heart Rate monitoring during exercise - I am…

    Hi all!

We’re excited to share that Exercise History is now live in the TrainingPeaks mobile app (v12.62.0)!

You can access this feature directly within your strength workouts to view past performances.

We appreciate your suggestions, and your input continues to drive updates like this. I'm going to keep this suggestion labeled as Planned as the remaining items are still on our roadmap.

Thanks for being a part of the TrainingPeaks community!

  5. Absolute beginners, people coming into cycling for the first time who want a platform that will grow their abilities, have been left behind. Also, people, like myself, who are returning from injuries would be able to get 'build back' programs easily and without having to write themselves. I've got so many friends who want to start a cycling program, but still the 'beginning' training plans are just too ambitious. I'm talking drop dead from zero cycling programs.

  6. There is a glitch that causes workouts to appear on the wrong day when exported to Garmin. This seems to have something to do with changing timezones. I travel regularly, and whenever I do, I have trouble with workouts syncing. For example, yesterday I came back to Pacific time after being on the East coast, and my workouts saved in TP to today show up on my Garmin watch for tomorrow, even after changing the date back and forth multiple times. I can fix this by setting the workout to 12pm instead of 12am, which I causes it to fall…

  7. Strength Programming (intensity: %RM, VBT, RIR, set/reps) & Workout Library

-Can we have the option to set SI units by default when programming S&C?

-Can we have the option to prescribe/record VTB data in the add parameter column (Power, Velocity, Peak Velocity)?

    • Can we program with RIR (reps in reserse) and % of 1/3/5 RM?

-Would like to be able to prescribe exercises in supersets as per the example below: A1) 3x5 A2) 3x8 A3) 2x20s
Currently, if one exercise has X number of sets, then all the exercises have the same number of sets.

    • Ability to create subfolders in…

  8. Allow easier downgrade - do no remove the 'downgrade' button / link from left menu . Have it in same place as the 2 'Upgrade' links/buttons for a basic athlete

2 images attached to show the discrepancy

Do not require coaches to hunt around for the downgrade button in one of the payments / settings sections of TP.

It seems unfair or disingenuous to have 2 separate left menu upgrade links but not one downgrade on left menu . This was something that previously did exist.

Why not have the convenience of that link in the workflow when disconnecting or…

  9. I'm guessing this doesn't affect certain (most) versions of Android, otherwise it wouldn't still be an issue. Still, I can't be the only one. Once my keyboard pops up, it hides the comment box and I can't see what I'm typing. It's a frustrating experience.

  10. You have "save" and "save and close" but it would be nice to have one more that would be a "save and go to summary" button. This perhaps might make the flow of saving a training session and then going to the summary and then allowing you to click the right arrow to immediately go to the next training session. Vs having to click, "save" then go up to click "summary", and then finally clicking the right arrow (or left if needed to go back one session) to move to the next training session that has been created.

    Reason why…

  11. Very often weights or a machine are being used and we need to swap the planned exercise for something similar. Like the BB bench is busy, so we can do DB bench press instead. Or we want to add something we didn't program previously.

  12. Ability to have uploaded strength workouts auto sync with the new strength programming sessions programmed for athletes in their programs as currently it keeps them separated and cannot lync/sync them together to be completed unless you check off each and every exercise.

  14. I would like to be able to assign substitutions or alternatives for strength exercises. I have many clients who all have various equipment available to them and are at different levels, strength wise. If I could put a variety of options for a specific exercise and allow them to pick which best fits their situation that would save me a lot of time and give them more flexibility. Another example would be I program chin ups, but I have a client who can’t do them so they could look at the alternatives and select inverted rose instead.

  15. Uploading routes to TP virtual is AMAZING! I'd like to be able to see the route in the library so that I know what route Im selecting, its tough to tell just from a description

  17. Currently once you start a workout which has been created in the new strength workout builder, you cannot alter some of the key parameters (e.g. adding sets, merging to create supersets, etc). This kind of functionality is so useful (and is built into the free versions of apps like 'Strength Log'). It would be great to have this available as part of the TP version.

Also not sure why you can only create the workout on the desktop app, and then only execute it on the mobile app?
