  1. add indoor bike power FTP zones please

    we know that indoor power FTP is quite different from outdoor power FTP and zones, and can be as much as 30 watts lower inside, from increased heat, increased resistance, lower joint and biomechanics to be able to produce the same level of power as outside, not least notably referenced in Joe Frield book Ride Inside.
    I can see this topic has been posted and asked about before, is there a timeline to implement please?
    I know lots of other platforms already have this, which are also AI based, and also that WKO5…

  2. Saturday.fit is a new workout nutrition app from Dr. Alex Harrison, PhD Sport Physiology & Performance
    Saturday Morning LLC. This app calculated optimal pre and intra-workout nutrition plans, and it would be great if they could get api access to allow for automation of nutrition planning based on my upcoming workout and race schedule.

  3. The swim "planned duration" time in my training plan includes breaks. This is nice to be able to know how long it will take you to complete the workout. However, the uploaded data from the workout does NOT include breaks in the "completed duration".

    This results in overstating the TSS, intensity, etc. calculations for every swim workout. Having a swim TSS is a nice feature for triathletes, but what's the point if it will not measure correctly. I'm overstating my effort by 40-50% every workout.

    It seems like there is an easy fix here to 1)show "total" workout time and…

  4. Is mentioned already by other users.

    But it would be a lot faster to be able to bypass the copy and paste context menu by simply dragging a workout and then releasing it while holding a certain button.

    Coming from Today's Plan, this should be an easy add from Training Peaks. I am surprised that such as small feature is not yet being implement.
    Hopefully soon.

  7. I have both a Garmin and an Apple Watch (as do athletes that I coach). I feel that the health metrics from the AppleWatch are richer than they are on Garmin. I've been sending mine to TrainingPeaks via HealthFit and it's generally working out pretty well. The only thing I don't really love is the data isn't aggregated to one daily metric per day. I'd HRV, Pulse for one, SPO2 for another Weight for another (and then I go combine into 1 EVERY DAY.

    Native support would make this process much easier.

  8. PROBLEM
    All workouts created using the Workout builder look the same. You cant tell if its Power, HR or RPE based.

    SOLUTION:
    on the calendar, a workout will have a small icon showing if its based on Power, HR or RPE at a glace!

    If you build a:
    Bike workout based on Heart Rate - a 'Red Heart' will show
    Bike workout based on Power - a 'Lightning bolt' will show
    Bike workout based on RPE - a 'RPE chart' will show

    WHY?
    1. At a glance on the calendar you KNOW what's slated for our athletes
    2. Your athletes…

  9. Utilize multiple units for workouts. Currently you can only use one unit; pace, power, heart rate, RPE. Utilizing multiple units would enable a coach to get more creative with workouts.

  10. Hi everybody,
    I think it could be useful, (for beginner self made coach like me) that when you have to create an automatic ATP it takes into consideration the main events (A , B, C type) but also the holidays (1 week, 2 week ecc) at low tss score because I don't have much time to train.

    For example:

    Imput--> C race 15/02 ;

    B race 02/04 ;

    A race 22/06 - 30/07 ;

    Holidays from 12 to 25/08 week tss 300 ;

    B race 15/09 ;

    A race 22/10

    Output--> ATP considering these eventualities

  11. Creating a RACE/EVENT is cumbersome and not intuitive to include distance and duration. As a result., often athletes do not include these two important metrics because they are hidden. if the create EVENT/RACE was similar to the create sessions format it would ensure that this information is added.ie "required" before saving. Similar formatting for sessions and events would simplify the process. Thank you

  12. Symbols representing availability for the athlete each day of the week

    on each day of the week a symbol will represent what the athlete can do
    Monday an athlete can swim, bike and run and workout
    The symbol for swim bike run and weights will appear
    A better way could be the word 'all' or a green checkmark above the day Monday
    Another approach could be to only show what the athlete CANT do
    If the athlete cant swim Sundays
    Then the swim symbol is in red above Sundays

    The athlete will set their availability in Settings using a checkmark…

  13. It would be important to better develop my work if, when planning the ATP, a minimum or maximum period of time did not have to be specified.

    When planning manually, it is a hassle to have to create an ATP with a specific duration.

    I think it would be interesting for the coach to select the type of work and the load in each type of week, and adjust said planning throughout the season.

    Sometimes, we prepare a big event for 6-8 months, and yet, due to an injury, we have to cut that planning and look for a new…

  15. My coach prescribes workouts in TP and it imports into my Garmin Fenix 6XPRO. My workout segments time counts down from that step's duration (15 minute warmup starts at 15 and counts down). If I change the workout in TP to "end step on lap button", the step's duration counts up (15 minute warmup starts at 0 and counts up). Now I have to remember how long each segment of the workout is so that I can closely follow the intended workout duration for each step. How can I use the "end step on lap button" and maintain the count…

  17. Why don’t you create an opt in library where coaches can post specific workouts that other coaches can use at a price per use? So the coach who spent the time creating the workout can benefit financially and you guys take profit on the sale.

    Just a thought

  18. Having a lot of Plans in the training plans section, I think it would be a good idea to have highlighted current active training plans. This would make it so much easy to go find when you need find them.

  20. Request for PMC refresh to improve ease of use and reduce differences between the App and Online

    Improvements for APP and Online
    Having four data series, ATL line in pink, CTL line in blue, TSB line in yellow and TSS red dots but only three scale labels is terribly confusing, having a different scale range for TSS and TSSd adds to the confusion. I spend a lot of time trying to decipher the graph, having a different scale for TSB makes great sense as those values are much smaller than the other three values, but the dual scales without clear…
