Represented vs Actual intervals on the graph
I recently found that in the main Calendar page, the graph of an activity is represented one way, and when I click on it to see the interval lengths, there is a new graph representation with the correct parts of the training.

Have last 42 days (and last 42 and next 7) as one of the timescale for the PMC
Hi TP. have you considered having last 42 days (and last 42 + next 7) as one (2) of the timescale options on the performance management chart. as CTL is the average TSS over the last 42 day it would be useful to look at so you can see quickly what TSS is about to drop out of the 42 day window (you already have last 28 days and last month which are so close that maybe you could drop one of them).

The dashboard needs a pie chart for power or heart rate
On the dashboard I would like to see something similar to the "Time in heart rate zones" chart but as a pie chart showing % of time spent in each zone over the selected time. This would look something like the "Fitness summary" chart but for heart rate. The same thing for "Time in power zone" or "Time in speed zone" would also be very useful. Basically, a way to see if I am in sticking to 80/20 at a glance.

Dashboard Peak Pace: Run
Include within the dashboard the Peak Pace/HeartRate value of 45' (If the threshold value is close to 45' and 60' it should appear)

Machine Learning (adaptive) workout
With AI being a key word these days, it would be nice if TP can also integrate machine learning for workouts to fit people's regular life style that has a hard time fitting in a full workout plan. This will take into considerations of workouts completed on schedule but also outdoor rides, virtual rides on TP-V, and make adaptive suggestions for the next workout on schedule to fit the person's goal. Other platform already offers it but the combination of TrainingPeaks with TrainingPeaks Virtual would make it a better offering.

Insidetracker
Trainingpeaks have been a key component for my long covid recovery and it has been perfect to plan and track exercises with highly detailed metrics. I’ve in parallel used InsideTracker to keep track of blood tests and nutrition. It would be great if the macronutrients tracking from InsideTracker could be synced/imported into TrainingPeaks. (Since InsideTracker is great at keeping track of blood tests (and giving advice), some metrics would also be great to import. Cholesterol, cortisol..) But a way to sync TP and IT would be amazing.

Individualize your training plan
It would be wonderful if there was a way to import only certain sessions from a training plan into the calender. For example, only all swimming sessions from a triathlon plan because you are only a relay swimmer.
You could also, for example, import all swimming and cycling sessions from a triathlon plan and import a pure running plan in parallel if you want to prepare for a running event. This would allow a more individualized training design without having to manually delete sessions.
Perhaps it would be possible to ask the user which training weeks (and sports) should be…

Add 3km to run peak performances. There are a lot of runners who do 3km tests, it would be nice to check this timeline.

rtss
Improve rTSS calculation method. Currently it is based exclusively on average pace. So if you do a hard workout, say that gives you 80 rTSS points, and then you jog to cool down, the rTSS score diminishes. Let's say to 70. This makes absolutely no sense. The algorithm needs to be changed to actually make sense. Since I learned this, I end my workout before cooling down. So I either disregard the cool down TSS, or I have to upload two different workouts.
If you look at the lap chart, you will quickly see that in an interval workout the…

Better lap editing for post analysis
It happens a lot of time I need to create new lap to analyze my athlete workout or races.
When I want to creat a lap, the only way is by using the drag feature in the data chart and it is always very tricky to create a lap as I want.Is it possible to add a small feature where the selection can be edited manually entering the starting and ending time/distance or duration in a box?

Date threshold for ignoring peak performances
At one point I got a much more accurate power meter. I would like peak performances to only reflect workouts since I got that power meter. It is cumbersome to click delete many old peaks that I know is too high. One idea is that I as user can define a date from which the workouts should be considered for peak performances.

Lactat.e analysis on the graph [morning and during training]
Hello,
I have an idea, you could add lactic acid [lactat.e] to the analysis in TP. Just like you can add fat level or weight. Lactat.e measurement in the morning. And lactat.e measurement for each training and general analysis by time [month, two years, week etc..] on the graph. For example, I do a 9x 600m training and measure lactic acid after 3, 6, and 9 intervals and I would like to save these results in this training. And if I had 10 months of this data, I would like to see it on the graph.
And also separately lactat.e…

RPE for workout analysis in the lap&split table and in the graph
If you plan a workout using %FTP or HR then you're able to perform the analysis of the workout showing the lap overlay in the graph and in the lap & split table (pic attached).
If you plan the workout with RPE this is not possible.
Is it possible to have an overlay for the RPE or at least to have the lap already splitted somehow to help analyze the workout faster?
I attach a graphical idea, maybe it helps to understand what I have in my mind.

Add the number of activities on the dashboard
I think it can be useful to add the number of activities on the table dashboard (before the duration column)

Performance metrics
Feature Description:
We propose adding a new feature that provides personalized training suggestions based on daily performance metrics and overall health status. This feature will utilize TrainingPeaks' existing metrics, including Training Stress Score (TSS), Fitness (CTL), Fatigue (ATL), and Form (TSB), to offer tailored advice for morning and evening training sessions, as well as adjustments for the following day and week. Additionally, the feature will suggest updates to the Annual Training Plan (ATP) and focus on A races in the athlete's calendar.Purpose:
The primary goal of this feature is to help self-trained athletes optimize their training by providing real-time,…14 votes -
weighted pack
For a lot of my activities like hiking and ski mountaineering (big days), I do not have an option to add in weight carried. I think this would be a really good metric to have on workouts to help quantify times and variations due to things like extra carried weight. Having this (or any type of customizeable field) that I can see when I look at the calendar view would be very helpful.
I would guess that you get a good number of people using TP from some of the Uphill Athlete mountaineering plans (I think the most popular training…

Search for past workouts using RPE or the subjective feeling scale
I think it is very useful to allow the search for activities based on the search criterion based on RPE and subjective feeling. It would also be interesting to be able to visualize the trend of these parameters over time using a graph, in order to understand what may have been done wrong in the preparation

Change CSV Export Layout for Custom Metrics
I would like for wellness/health data export to show differently. It currently requires a lot of reformatting to do anything with it. Time should be left out, or at least separated from the date, not in the same cell. The different categories (like RHR, HRV, Soreness, etc.) should all be columns, and the dates should be rows. This would make it much easier to sort, pull out specific pieces of data and actual use this information to look at trends, problems, and correlations.
