  1. Customized graphs are needed in general, but specifically, as an exercise physiologist, I would like to have the possibility to compare training sessions of an athlete, and different athletes that complete the same session.

  2. I don't see where the new strength workout includes TSS or IF for a completed workout. And it also seems that the auto sync for Apple and for Garmin doesn't pair either. Strength workouts add stress so they should have a TSS!

  3. New strength builder is a good step in right direction. However, basically every gym app has section for history/analytics where a user can easily check progression and different kind of graphs. We need that too.

Also, it is a very easy task to look a few popular gym apps like Strong and see how history/analytics has been done. And what other features they have... ;)

  4. With TP's new strength builder, strength no longer contributes to the fitness summary chart in the dashboard or to hours on the ATP. I'd love to see this feature adjusted to reflect the work athletes put in.

  6. The charts show my HR or power in Z1, 2, etc., but I would like to manually enter the ranges in a chart so I can really see what a Z1, 2 entails. Yes, I could put this in a Note per week, but I would like to see it in with the charts. Thank you.

  7. I just started using the newly built Strength option, and I have a few things which do bother me. Firstly, in the option where I can input my weights for a specific exercise, I cannot use decimal points, so there is no way for me to input for example 17.5kg, I tried it with pounds too, but there it is forbidden too. Secondly, If I start the Strength training in the application it starts the timer and when I end it it end, and at the end I get the time of my workout, this would be a good option…

  8. the new strength tool is fantastic but as it doesn't include a TSS I have an "old strength" workout planned for the same day in which I put an estimated TSS. I know this point has been raised before but I've also noticed that the new strength workout does not contribute to the time in the dashboard pie chart although it does contribute to the totals in the calendar. in the attached files the calendar show the two workout, one old and one new. I've set the duration to 1m in the "old" workout so it doesn't upset the times…

  10. In run workout analysis, provide a peak 45 minute pace, as that is the criteria TP now uses to adjust thresholds. It is useful and often necessary to be able to identify the section of a workout that is updating the threshold, and without the 45 min peak pace shown and highlight-able, it is guess work manually hunting through the session to find it.

  11. möglichkeit custom made charts. bessere Einbindung HRV. Z.B. HRV vs. TSB Korrelation über die Zeit. HRV Tageschart mit Trainingsintensität. Fitness vs. Form vs. HRV Scatter Plot. Belastungsverteilung (Trainingszonenverteilung mit HRV). Kombination subjektiver Scores (Schalf/Stress, Muskelkater) mit HRV und PMC.

  12. On the graph that shows you power, rpm, hr, etc… allow the user to click on the scale to create a line across the chart. So if you wanted to easily see all efforts over a certain wattage, youd click on the side and pick your number and a line would be drawn across the chart. Hunters Allens old software (cyclingpeaks?) used to do this.

  13. The beta charts are great - being able to see data relating to my performance, and also bike data like gearing, battery levels etc is fantastic. Can I suggest an addition - it would be great to see the map synchronised in the same display to be able to answer questions like "what was my performance on this climb in the ride" or the converse "where was I/what happened when this happened to my performance".

  14. Please add more flexibility to take any metric from TP into the dashboard and plot it on different time intervalls or vs. other metrics.
Particularly, I'd like to look it training time or distance in a bar chart per month and year to compare etc.
    Function seems basic to me

  15. Hi, my suggestion would be as follows:
Add a score for the execution quality of structured workouts i.e. how much time was spent in the planned power ranges / zones (absolute and in %).
Make it available for individual workout analysis and in the dashboard as aggregate by week/month etc.
This would allow to track, how well one actually executes on the training plan
(e.g., structured workout contains a warm-up with certain power ranges, then a main part with other ranges, and a cool-down with a lower range of Power. I would like to know overall, how well I hit…

  16. Has anyone other than myself noticed that if an athlete goes for a MTB ride in a week, that ride is not included under the Bike Summary total (duration and mileage) for the week (the summary pane off to the right of the athlete's calendar). Currently the only way to have it be part of the Bike total, is to change the workout type from MTB to Bike. Seems odd that TP considers a MTB ride as separate from an athlete's overall cycling mileage for that week. The brain and body would likely think otherwise. Would appreciate if it could…

  17. Yes a small thing that, as a coach, would be personally welcome on TP, would be a recognisable pre-set “segment” ( for want of a better term) within analysis view. Much like on Strava where a segment can be created for record keeping of a particular section of mainly outdoor rides. I currently do this in “private” mode on starva to keep track of performance stats. I use this specifically for “test” routes. It’s particularly useful out doors in real world where the variations in wind/temp/surface etc can show up. Obviously a “section" can be highlighted on a complete route…

  18. Coming from the Garmin platform, and relying regularly on analytics, I find this platform’s ease of use and ease of entry for new users at a 3 out of 10. It is unnecessarily difficult and frustrating to use. If you want new users and want to keep them during their trial period, please do a better job concisely explaining and/defining metrics like “TSS”. The amount of time it takes a new user to figure this metric out and understand what it is, is an unnecessary hurdle to entry. Especially, when everything on the app, has an “I assume you know”…

  19. I know this may be a bit 1990's but I'd love to be able to make a print out of the Strength Workout schedule out to take into the gym with me. I can then make comments on the page using a 1970's gadget that I think used to be called a pen and update my workout using the app afterwards.

Notes like "bailed after 8 reps" or "next time use same weight for both sets" are much easier with a pen and paper. many thanks.

  20. Would it be possible add the funktion for lap analysis?
The distribution of power, heartrate etc. in the zones are availabel only for the complete workout.
It would be great to have the possibility analyse the distributon of power, HR, etc. graphically in each lap or selection.
If the athlete have some interval of for example 10 or 40 Minutes and I see only the minimum/maximum and average, it brings not complete picture of the intervalquality.
See on the picture - this Chart would be great for each lap or selection.
