Calendar
I would like to have a table listing all my athletes' competitions. I could use it to summarise weekend activities or as a basis for setting new goals for other athletes. This would save us from having to create a new goal each time, give us quick ideas for events, and ensure we don't forget any athletes who have competed.

Private Notes Enhance Visibility at a Glance
It would be helpful to be able to see at a glance in the mobile app and on the web which sessions have a private note without having to click into the session. I use private notes like personal comments to support my rehabilitation back from injury and want to be able to reflect back on previous sessions to see how I managed these and there is no current way to do this. This is important as I want to be able to record my psychological readiness for a session and don't want to always share this with the coach…

Custom push notification when opening the app
It would be very helpful if coaches could send a custom push notification to athletes that appears when they open the app.
For example, a reminder message created by the coach such as:
“Please remember to comment on your daily trainings.”
“Small reminder: Please enter your vacation dates.”
Or any other custom message defined by the coach.
The idea would be that this message automatically pops up when the athlete opens the app.
Ideally, the notification could include two options:
“Accept” → the message disappears.
“Remind me again” → the message appears again the next time the athlete opens the…

Let Coaches Hear All Their Athletes
Communication is the heart of real coaching. Right now, only Premium athletes trigger notifications, which means coaches can easily miss comments or updates from Basic athletes unless we go looking for them. In a world where athletes can already get training plans from AI, the real value of a human coach is being present, responsive, and engaged. Giving coaches notifications for all athlete comments keeps that connection strong, improves athlete experience, and helps coaches do what they do best: actually coach, not play inbox scavenger hunt.

Coach Calendar View for Athletes' Events (in one place)
Training Peaks is such a great platform for coaching multiple athletes and helping coaches to make a living.
The key to coaching athletes is to help them in achieving their goals in their events.
Right now, there is no feature that shows the coach all of their clients' events in one place. It would be extremely helpful to have a calendar view for all events for all athletes to ensure coaches don't miss any events. Currently, you would have to mark all of your athletes' events on another platform's calendar. With how dynamic athletes shift or cancel events, having all…

private note - colours
The ability to colour code notes so that its quick for coaches to identify when its a note created by the athlete, one the coach has added, or a private note for the coach as a reference- for example the athletes weekly schedule to help with programming - I shift this note week to week for myself)

Apple health
Currently TrainingPeaks only automatically syncs workouts created using the Apple watch’s workout app.
I use a few different apps to track my workouts, all of which send my full workout data to Apple Health. Is it possible to have TrainingPeaks sync all workout data in Apple Health no matter which workout app was used to track the workout? Thank you!9 votes -
Is it possible to have a feature added whereby we can label client sessions as Key or optional?

Beta Messaging Improvement
The new Beta messaging feature is great, however, notifications are not provided when an athlete responds to a message. Without notifications, it is easy to miss a note and then defeats the purpose of having this function. Similar to other instant messaging/chat platforms (i.e., Slack, Micro Soft Teams, etc.), notifications in Training Peaks Beta messaging should be included.

Comments visible at a glance on Notes
I would love to be able to see if a comment is left on a Note -- just as I can see if a comment is left on a workout.
These is a bubble and x1, x2 at the bottom of a workout when comments left, it would be a great feature to have this on Notes as well. I leave all reviews of workouts in one Note it would be great to be able to see at a glance if the athlete relies a comment.

private notes
The new Private Notes feature is great but can we make it more visually distinct from Post-activity Comments? I keep almost writing my shared comments in the new Private Notes box.

Session Reviewed Checkmark
I would like a check mark that lets my athletes immediately see that I’ve already opened and analyzed their session once it’s completed. Some sessions don’t necessarily require a comment from the coach, so this would be a great way to communicate without having to write anything.

"Reply in TrainingPeaks" link should open the particular workout on iOS mobile app
The emails notifying me of a comment from my coach include a "Reply in TrainingPeaks" button (or for structured strength workouts, "View or Reply"). On desktop web, that button opens the particular workout.
On iOS with the TrainingPeaks app installed, that button just opens the app (redirecting through Safari), not the specific workout. It should link to the specific workout.

include coach comments in email for structured strength workouts
I have a Premium subscription with a Coach. When I receive coach comments on a workout using the new structured strength training format, the email just says "View their comment in TrainingPeaks". This is different than other workout types where the email contains the actual text of the comment.
It would be much more efficient if the text was included directly in the email.

Tighten up email format
As a coach I rely on emails to alert me on athlete activities and comments. Ideally comments could be placed at the top of the email, below the header, and with space optimized before "your athlete.., updates". In doing so, I would save time scrolling down on every single email update received.

Multiple pre-activity comments
Add the option to enter more than one pre-activity comment
The amount of fuel needed on the ride is becoming more and more important and I love to communicate this via the pre-activity comments.
At the same time, I find it important to include in the pre-activity comments the "why" of a certain workout. It would make everything less cluttered to be able to have more than one pre-activity comment!
Or you know, add editable total grams of CHO (or grams pr hour) to metrics in the workout section as part of the new fueling insights ;-)

Let basic athletes add availability
I wish basic athletes could add availability. This doesn't seem like a huge "perk" of a paid account, rather a communication essential for coaches. Otherwise I have to do this on my end as a coach and it's extra work!
