  1. Feature Request: Easier View of Total Training Hours/Volume

    It's a bit surprising that TrainingPeaks doesn't offer a more straightforward way to view the total training hours or volume for a selected date range. Currently, calculating this requires manually adding up sections of the pie chart, which isn't very efficient.

    For effective training planning, having a clear view of the total training load is essential. This is particularly important for:

    Annual Training Plan (ATP/YTP) Development: Setting overall volume targets and monitoring progress.
    Macrocycle and Mesocycle Analysis: Tracking load within specific training blocks.

  2. It would be really nice to see running pace by gradient (e.g. flat, 2%, 5%, 8%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%). It would help to see progress over time and facilitate planning. Negative gradients are likely less informative as terrain and conditions are (at least for me) dominating and hard to control factors.

  3. Add the option to write in a comment during a workout. Within the lift function id like to be able to annotate specifics about what I did, such as altering the exercise. You can add comments before and after the workout but I want to add info for the specific exercise I’m doing at the time.

  4. Improve filtering to see peak pace by distance or peak performance for selected sport (rowing for example) and not limited to running or cycling.

  5. I'd like to be able to program my own athlete alerts against metrics and other data available within the TP eco system. For instance when an HRV is out of range or weekly TSS exceeds a specified value. In the perfect world I'd like to be able to setup alerts on Key Indicators at a Coach level but also at an individual level.

    Imagine a scenario where I can glance at an athletes calendar and there is an indicator on the workout to let me know that one of my Key Indicators alerts has been triggered. For instance the IF…

  6. Programming a structured swim workout from TP in Garmin is far from useful.

    • It does not allow Drill workouts to be done. There should be an option to allow at the end of a set to add the programmed distance of that set.

    • Rest times do NOT exist, the only option is to set a rest time but it counts the distance.

    • The notes or name of the series are not synchronized. So you must, remember each step.

  7. Hello, it would be great if you could turn the incline on and off in Peak Performance, or if you could select specific grades, as shown in the photo (the percentages are just suggestions and could be better thought out. However, it should definitely be possible to choose "All" and "0%" or "- -"). It happens to me all the time that, for example, a new 400m best time is displayed, but it only occurred because of the steep incline. Since it would be tedious to manually delete all the incorrect times, it would be very useful if TrainingPeaks automatically…

  8. Custom App logo for coaching business.
    I really don't mind any TrainingPeaks branding along with a custom logo. But my business heavily relies on MY branding as much as TrainingPeaks relies on theirs.
    A bit of a compromise here will go a LONG way.

    It's different if athletes are buying training plans in TrainingPeaks, but maybe if athletes are accepted or sent a ling to 'onboard' by a coach with the intention of being a long-term client, then the custom app logo can be used.

  9. Could you add the option to put the sweatrate as a metric in TP? so we can track it in long term and will be able to pull a long term conclusion regarding that.

    Right now, I put it in my post-activity comments for my coach. However, I would like to track it more efficiëntly.

  10. Weekly summary represents consumed kcal but no active kcal, only work in kJ and does not take into account activities without power

    It would be great to have total active kcal on weekly summary

  11. Coach Vacation or availability. Just as an athlete says they are unavailable or have limited availability. A way to inform athletes that coach is away or has limited availability etc

  12. I work with a lot of athletes as a shared coach. I provide mental skills workouts as custom workout tiles on their calendar. For every shared athlete that I'm attached to, my notifications get exploded by their communication with their primary coach. It makes it hard to use notifications as an efficient method of knowing when the athlete, or their coach, is commenting for my attention.

    I would prefer to be able to only get notifications for the comments made only on the workout tiles that I placed on their calendar. I'm sure that nutritionists and other secondary specialist shared…

  15. currently you can add calorie intake via the myfitnesspal app. would it be possible to manually add calories consumed as a metric (for non-myfitnesspal users)?

  17. I have a proposed enhancement for workout analysis. I'd like to be able to set a power threshold using a vertical slider alongside the analysis graph. The graph would highlight each time my power was above this threshold showing the length of time I was above it. This would help me analyse multiple efforts during the same ride e.g. sprint intervals or 30s efforts above FTP. The tool could work in exactly the same way with heart rate.

Currently, the training sessions created and executed from the 'New Strength Builder' do not appear in the Dashboard metrics on the web, such as in the 'Fitness Summary' or the time in 'Fitness History.' The time is recorded in the Calendar tab but not in the Dashboard tab. It would be great to get an update on this.

  19. I was able to upload around 300 zwo files.
    1# In the folders on my desktop of zwift I found it tedious as heck to find them so I made folders example 2022 then inside that 12 months of Jan-Dec I was unable to import like that and so I’m back to scrolling thru hundreds of workouts so that feature would be cool.
    2. When I integrated those workouts into my coach side training peaks library it auto moved everything in 1 lump to my library. Looking back I could have uploaded a single one at a time then moved…

  20. Create a Virtual Ride category in TP with the capacity to assign
    - a specific Indoor FTP (indoor FTP being the one taken into account for TPV workouts) different than the outdoor one.
    - specific gear, currently TP assigns the default bicycle to all rides, virtual or IRL
