  1. Some of the apps I use lets me view what happened on this particular day from years past. Eg - seeing what training and/or race I might have completed on this day in any given year on the current date. It would allow me to see how I’m progressing from years gone by. Or just something that would remind us of the commitment we’ve made to training over the years.

  2. For easier syncing with a Google or other calendar, the option to bulk schedule workouts at a specific time each week would be helpful. For example, I have an athlete who syncs her TP with Google calendar and if I do not schedule a time for her workouts, it blocks her entire day as Busy. So I or she need to individually schedule each workout at a time each day. If we could schedule all workouts for each week with at 7am (or whatever time), that would be helpful.

  3. I think it would be very useful to have more reference parameters for training in the builder (for example 95% of p5', 95% of MSSL, 105% of vt1...etc).

    That is, we can reference the intervals by other landmarks ( p1', p5', p20', vt1, vt2 MSSL...etc)

  5. As a coach it would be great if you could attach your own athlete account for free, without it being part of your athlete numbers.

  7. I noticed yesterday when one of my athlete used the new limited availability feature, it generated an email to me as their coach that they place this limited availability note on their calendar. I thought his was great, and request that the same occur with the regular note feature. Currently the only way I know when an athlete leaves a standard note is if I see it on their calendar. Thanks.

  8. My brain is trained to find an athlete's name by his first name. The current sorting tool makes it hard to find athletes as they are sorted by last name only.

  9. It would be a lot faster to be able to bypass the copy and paste context menu by simply dragging a workout and then releasing it while holding a certain button, eg Ctrl or Cmd.

When a dragged workout is released without Ctrl or Cmd pressed, the workout(s) is moved.
When released with Ctrl or Cmd pressed, the workout(s) is copied.

  10. To avoid clicking a completed workout and then clicking on 'Analyse', add a basic graph showing pace of the completed workout in the calendar view itself. This avoids opening every workout and coach has a quick overview instead of only a green session, which is often misleading. I spend countless hours giving feedback to athletes and to have this kind of visual snapshots and not just green, red, yellow is a big help. See the attached screenshot as an example.

An alternative feature is to toggle the calendar view with a view containing visual (graphs) of the weeks activities.

  12. Please let athletes assign different colours to active training plans that they have purchased.

I have purchased, and have on my calendar, both road and MTB cycling plans. I use/complete some of each, however, can’t at a glance tell which is which. It would be great to be able to assign a colour to the plan and then see, in my calendar, which plan is for which program.

  13. Can you make the scale on the y axis of the charts dynamic so the user can zoom in or out? Often there is a lot of wasted space on the y axis or a few outlier data points skew the scale of the chart. I would like to be able to have more dymamic ability to see smaller changes in my workouts.

  14. Hi, it is possible to add the ability to select median heart rate rather than average? If there are enough outliers in the data, it will skew the results. As an example, I just completed an hour run. My heart rate settled in to a range of 130-132 for most of the run but since there was a ramp in the beginning and at the end, they were included and it skewed the average down. I have also seen this have a larger impact on treadmill runs where I had to stop momentarily to start another session since I exceeded…

  16. Please include a mechanism for hiding our daily CTL, TSS, and Fatigue scores, particularly via the mobile app. Coached athletes do not need the added stress, pressure, or self-consciousness that these numbers can cause, particularly when the full context of what is going on with that athlete is not understood in the digital world. Being presented with your CTL number on a daily basis, front and center, with no way to avoid, can be a demoralizing experience and counterproductive to long-term training. A settings option to turn this off would be an appropriate and appreciated feature.

  17. I think it would be helpful to have a push notification option for athletes that shows them the planned workout for the day in addition to or instead of the daily email.

I would also like to see a push notification that nudges athletes to fill out subjective metrics daily. I believe this would help with accountability and with collection of subjective feedback, which ultimately helps with coaching.

  18. Currently, each bar on the StackUp chart has no value. So it's important to set a goal to try and reach the next percentile. If i click on a bar, it should tell me the range of watts/kg to be in that percentile.

  19. If, as a coach, you currently keep your preparation hidden for future training sessions or write notes but want to keep it hidden from the athlete. these will all become visible when the athlete disconnects from the coach. i suggest making hidden things disappear when disconnecting. that way, as a coach, you can set up a long-term plan and still keep it hidden. at the time the partnership ends, the athlete does not get this information for free.

  20. Consistent power is not always preferred. It would be great to have continuous ramps so that you can set a target power or HR for the start and end of an interval of any chosen length. E.g. warm-up starting at 60% FTP finishing at 75% FTP over 25m. Or, a 10m cool down, or an endurance session that starts at 65% and finishes at 80% 2h later.... There are a lot of ways this would be useful.
