  15. One of the main things I've been having troubles with regarding the chat feature, is having photos/videos archive after 30 days and losing access to them. It's been extremely inconvenient for me because with online training, being able to compare old photos/videos to recent ones is a critical method of measuring & tracking progress over time. But if I can't conveniently go back and view old footage or photos, or worse - I can't even access them - then I no longer have them for reference to compare to when looking to track progress and show it to my clients.…
