Feature Request: Automated Google Sheets Integration / Advanced Coach Programming Interface
Hi TrainHeroic Product & Development Team,
I am an online fitness coach and a heavy user of TrainHeroic. My coaching primarily focuses on functional health and strength training for adults and parents aged 45-65. Because of the nature of this demographic, safe, gradual, and meticulously tracked progression is critical to my programming.
Currently, I am experiencing a significant bottleneck in my workflow that costs me hours every week, and I believe solving this could be a massive value-add for all coaches on your platform.

To plan my clients' upcoming blocks safely, I need…2 votes -

Translation into Brazilian Portuguese and other languages.
Translation into other languages would further enhance immersion and engagement for clients/athletes through familiarity with the vocabulary. I believe this is a crucial need that would further aid in the global expansion of TrainHeroic.

Client Comments Database
It would be great to click into a client and see their comment history.
Each month when I have a zoom catch up with a client, I often find myself having to look back through each workout to find a particular commentIf we had a window that we could open with a comment history, it would make tracking trends far easier

How to Accurately Budget for Thermal and Moisture Protection
Estimating material quantities for residential projects is very important step but many people do it wrong in beginning. If quantities are not correct, project can face delay, budget problem, and material waste. First, you should review all drawings carefully like plans, elevations, and details. Then calculate quantities for each material such as concrete, bricks, steel, roofing, insulation, and finishing items. Always use proper formulas and add small percentage for wastage because on site some material always gets damaged or unused. It is better to divide project into parts like foundation, structure, and finishing work. This makes estimation easy and more…

The new Whiteboard screen that displays the workout doesn't show the block titles
The new Whiteboard screen layout that displays the workouts across our gym no longer shows the block titles where we write the set times and RPE so that our athletes know when to go and the intensity of each.
I guess when could now display this in the exercise instructions yet this would see us changing all of our programs and classes, so I want to see if we are not going to be able to access the old whiteboard display after April 16 or if we could have the option? As we prefer the old one... Or... Please include…

Display time under tension in the maximum values for custom exercises
As a calisthenics coach, I use the app for my athletes. I’ve created my exercises mainly based on holds, and I think it would be a good idea to be able to access the performance history of custom exercises.
I would like, for example, to be able to display time under tension in the training history so that I can better visualize my clients’ progress. I think this would be a great feature to add.1 vote -
Exercise instructions disappear on my saved sessions
I have sometimes saved a session to my library as I am programming. However, I noticed that I can go into my library and manually create session templates and save them from there.
One thing I wanted to do was to change the "exercise instructions" for some of the sessions to be more genereal and applicable to most of my clients. So I changed it manually in my library. But then when I go to an athlete's calendar and "add session from library" it still shows up with the old instructions that I should have replaced with new ones!

scaling
Scaling (down) options. Currently there is often a scaling up option, how to do the exercise harder, but I lack the "make it easier". I can do one single unassited pull-up, that one I know how to scale, but other exercises I have to ask a coach friend or just try things (like the one where you are supposed to lift a medboll with your knees, our lightest ball is 4kg and I can do 2 reps with that, so what do I do?). (Doing weightlifting level 1)

Use of APRE prescription.
Being able to program using APRE 10, 6 or 3 and that the intensity updates based on reps entered on a set.

use of km for a distance metric, meters makes it look untidy.
where you can prescribe miles or meters, it would be great to have km so I can program 10km and not 10000m
