  1. Currently, the first movement in a workout receives the A block label, even if it's just a warm up. This idea suggests that warm ups should not be included in the the block-labeling system.

  8. Hi Team, I created a program for one of my athletes and gave him the access to it. It is 52 weeks long, but I write it in 4 weeks cycles. And when I finish up new 4 week cycle it is not automatically visible on clients end. In order for my client I need to update it to his calendar. Is it possible to have a "live view" to a plan for client in such case.

  18. Athlete can mark a workout with a rating on a scale of 1 as a bad workout to 10 as a super workout, at the end of training together with intensity.
    Then when selecting a workout from the library my sessions they will be filtered by rating so the athletes best rating will be first and then the worst last, each time the athlete do a workout and they fill out the like scale a workout will get a new rating
