Track and Graph volume / sets per muscle group by tagging exercises with primary and secondary muscles worked
It would be really great to have a functionality to track the volume (either total weight lifted or number of sets) per muscle over time (ie by week, month etc). This feature would make it much easier for the athletes and coaches to see how balanced their program is, and make changes to the program to give more attention to lagging muscle groups. I'm imagining a dropdown box where the user can select a muscle group and a graph of volume over time will be plotted, in addition to a sort of heat map on a body graphic to show…

Permanent access to paid sessions.
An athlete should have access to past sessions after stopping. I paid for those sessions and should have access to them.

Provide a public API
There should be an API accessible for TrainHeroic users, in particular to athletes. This would allow third parties to provide integrations between TrainHeroic and other platforms.
As an example, a developer could build an integration between TrainHeroic and Garmin Connect's Training API to be able to display TrainHeroic trainings on their Garmin training watches.

Programming Shortcuts
Please add a way to copy the last set’s weight and reps and paste it into the current set. I always use that as my base and would save a ton of time!!

Avg reps per set
If I have total sets, I can find out average reps per set. Eg. If a workout has 75 total reps and 15 working sets, I know the average reps are 5, which means my athletes are training at approx 85% for the defined period (an single workout in this example). Helps me cross reference that I’m prescribing appropriate load & load volumes, as well I can compare expected (prescribed) vs actual (athlete results).

Move multiple sessions at a time
How can I mass adjust the days instead of going day by day? Example my other program is sat, sun, wed and thurs. I'd like to add the black iron team workouts on those days but was wondering if there was quicker way than going each day move session

Relocate weeks of training
Reorganize training calendar.
Right now if one trainee needs to skip a few weeks of training (pretty common cause of ilness or other issues) there is no option to relocate all pubished training sesions at once.
I think it could be very helpful to have an option to move one week or group of weeks of training to a later date.

After an athlete has been archived, they should still have access to their old programming
After an athlete has been archived and isn't attached to us anymore, they should still be able to see their old sessions and keep their training in their log.
