  1. Is there anything on the road map where as coaches we would be able to programme strength based movements from an athletes 1RM. My understanding and chatting to one of the sales directors is that the current limitations are reps sets and RPE. But it would be really useful to add a % of their 1RM aligned to the type of strength training.

    Seeing as %'s of thresholds and zone training can already be done, is this something that will be coming for strength training?

  2. Currently you can do a structured run workout on heart rate, it will give an alarm when you go out of your zone.
    I would like this for run power (with stryd).

  4. PROBLEM
    All workouts created using the Workout builder look the same. You cant tell if its Power, HR or RPE based.

    SOLUTION:
    on the calendar, a workout will have a small icon showing if its based on Power, HR or RPE at a glace!

    If you build a:
    Bike workout based on Heart Rate - a 'Red Heart' will show
    Bike workout based on Power - a 'Lightning bolt' will show
    Bike workout based on RPE - a 'RPE chart' will show

    WHY?

  5. I love the new strength programming but please for the UK coaches I would say we have a 50/50 spilt of if we run/ride in miles or km but our weights in gyms are usually KGs. When I set an athlete a strength workout it's set up in lbs by default as my settings in TP are imperial. Please can we have a separate units for strength as I often miss that it has reverted to lbs when I am adding from my library or just a new workout. This then complicates things for my athletes to record their weight.

  6. Add a library of swim drills (similar to the beta version for strength). Currently I need to manually add a link from youtube and sometimes the link become invalid.

  7. In Workout builder currently power can only be expressed as a percentage (%) of some key metrics (e.g. LTHR). However for some key testing sessions, like ramp tests Absolute values need to be entered. Garmin workout builder already does this. It would be useful in TP too to enable structured tests to be used.

  8. Bring back the single interval block that you can repeat. Super useful in a ton of situations and heavily utilized in swimming workouts.

    As a coach, I see a growing need for a holistic approach to coaching, where not only training data but also lifestyle factors such as HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep play a crucial role. Polar provides valuable insights in this area, and it would be incredibly beneficial if TrainingPeaks could integrate this data directly into the platform.

  10. using the functionality you've already developed for the new strength builder workout, can you add a skill development workout option where we can program drills into workouts? This would be great for more technical sports.

    I need a little help.

    Each runner can enter their events into TP. But I need a way to export this CSV this information into excel, or at least an overview. It is a huge task demand to manage this.

  13. The bulk recalculate TSS should have a feature to choose hrTSS vs TSS. Currently, if I change my pace swim threshold, it defaults all swims to hrTSS. This means I have to go back manually through each swim and change it to sTSS.

  14. Hello,
    when will it be possible to work in %PMA in cycling and %VMA in running and swimming.

    Criteria should be added to the zone data.
    - PMA: cycling
    - VMA: running
    - VAM: in swimming

    Therefore, in a session, we could choose to work on % of our data.

    In absolute terms, the ideal would be to be able to do a session of this kind.

    Ex:
    - 5min between 50-70% heart rate max
    - 10min 100% heart rate threshold cycle
    - 2min 50-70% max heart rate cycling
    - 20min of cycling 100% ftp
    - 2 min 50-70% max…

  15. I have a 12 week half marathon training plan with 4 workouts per week, to reuse the training plan for a 10 mile race I will have to edit all 48 workouts, it would be nice to be able to have a "scale a training plan" feature such that I could take the existing training plan and scale all workouts by 75%.

  16. Symbols representing availability for the athlete each day of the week

    on each day of the week a symbol will represent what the athlete can do
    Monday an athlete can swim, bike and run and workout
    The symbol for swim bike run and weights will appear
    A better way could be the word 'all' or a green checkmark above the day Monday
    Another approach could be to only show what the athlete CANT do
    If the athlete cant swim Sundays
    Then the swim symbol is in red above Sundays

    The athlete will set their availability in Settings using a checkmark…

    I would suggest that the "Datails" column in ATP could have an option to appear on the calendar, as well as the "Limiters - Run" column; TSS planned... As this would help in the construction of the weeks with information from each athlete...
    It would be possible??

  19. Upload a CSV File with all of the fields required for a running structured workout. I believe this should be quite simple and most of the people whom I've worked with have things structured on Excel and therefore the conversion to CSV is straight forward provide ease for the user and giving the community the opportunity to provide more information and help the platform grow even faster.

  20. Would it be possible to add a "SICKNESS/INJURY" option when you "+" to ADD A WORKOUT or ADD OTHER. It would be great if under "ADD OTHER" their was another option for "sickness/injury". This way you can add a note to a day if an athlete is injured or sick and easy to see especially when looking back over training. It would make it a lot easier to see rather than entering it as a note or as a "other" workout which is what you have to do now. Athletes already get multiple notes in their week on other things…
