  1. I think it be useful to be able to copy and paste a specific segment from one workout into a separate workout? For example, I've set up several technique sessions for running, but they would also be an excellent warm-up for a more intense workout. What I'd like to do is copy the 'warm-up workout' and paste it into the high intensity workout as a pre-session warm-up. This would create a single workout instead of 2 separate workouts.

  2. If in the menu when you adjust the training zones of the athletes it allows you to use the option to use the reserve heart rate, which includes the maximum heart rate and the resting heart rate. However, when you are going to program a workout, it only allows you to use the maximum heart rate as a reference, which causes different values ​​of the adjusted zones (HR Reserve) I'll give you an example of this:

  3. Distribute the total weekly training time in specific sports (e.g. 25% swimming, 40% biking, 25% running and 10% strength) and zones, at my preference. This could be used as a guide to create my weekly training plan more accurately and find the amount of time required to plan for each sport and zone.

  4. Programming a structured swim workout from TP in Garmin is far from useful.

    • It does not allow Drill workouts to be done. There should be an option to allow at the end of a set to add the programmed distance of that set.

    • Rest times do NOT exist, the only option is to set a rest time but it counts the distance.

    • The notes or name of the series are not synchronized. So you must, remember each step.

  5. Is there anything on the road map where as coaches we would be able to programme strength based movements from an athletes 1RM. My understanding and chatting to one of the sales directors is that the current limitations are reps sets and RPE. But it would be really useful to add a % of their 1RM aligned to the type of strength training.

    Seeing as %'s of thresholds and zone training can already be done, is this something that will be coming for strength training?

  7. I would like my coach to be able to add specific recovery items so I can be as optimal as possible. For example: when to use Normatec boots, sauna, ice baths, specific stretching/mobility after workout. Currently the option is to add something that was done as other. Recovery is just as important as the workout.

  8. Currently you can't recalculate run workouts with power, so if they load with the wrong threshold you have to recalculate them manually!

  9. The TSS is only auto calculated for walking and running, not for strength training, hiking or yoga. Can you please add automatic TSS calculations for all actives so that the TSS graphs overtime are correct and account for all activities.

  10. Strength training is a core element of my training strategy, so I am excited that TrainingPeaks is improving support for programming strength workouts. In addition to other requested features here, I would like to be able to prescribe the number of warm-up sets for a given exercise. This is distinct from the warm-up exercises that already exist.

    In my training plan it is important to distinguish that although only 1-2 sets may be "working" sets, there are also several warm-up sets performed at significantly lower weight and reps. From a UX perspective, it is challenging to communicate this when there…

  11. I love the new strength programming but please for the UK coaches I would say we have a 50/50 spilt of if we run/ride in miles or km but our weights in gyms are usually KGs. When I set an athlete a strength workout it's set up in lbs by default as my settings in TP are imperial. Please can we have a separate units for strength as I often miss that it has reverted to lbs when I am adding from my library or just a new workout. This then complicates things for my athletes to record their weight.

  12. When I select the drop down menu of a particular training ride (either already done or to be done) there is an option to print the home page of that particular training ride selected. Up until about four weeks ago that option worked just fine and the printed results looked just like the page for that particular training ride. Now the format is suddenly changed. This needs to be corrected so that when the print option for any particular training ride is selected the user gets the entire complete print of the displayed training ride.   13. Please add Garmin Sleep Score to the list of available calendar metrics and sync Garmin Sleep Quality with the existing TP Sleep Quality metric. The domain of values does not align, and Garmin Sleep Quality does not update the TP Sleep Quality metric.

  14. Massive errors in the German translation. Completly wrong words!
    For example for Wednesday => HEIRATEN ??!!! => correct is MI (Mittwoch)
    or for Saturday => SASS => correct is SA (Samstag)
    or for Sunday => SONNE => correct ist SO (Sonntag)

  17. Add option to protect workouts from being copied to an athlete library to protect coach-developed workouts. I realize it won't fully stop copying but it will make it harder.

  18. I think there should be another variation to the "Coaches" role.
    For example, I have my personal Coach in my account, and my account is linked to that coach's account- that's how I get my premium subscription.
    My coach has, and should have, special "permissions" that other added "coaches" should not have.
    For example: if a team askes me to "add them to my TrainingPeaks", I don't necessarily want them to have the power to change my workouts, my data, add comments or sometimes even see my comments back to my coach.
    My comments are my main form of communication…

  20. Currently coaches are limited to creating visible recurring workouts only. It would be great to have an option to create hidden recurring workouts and unhide them as needed. Or or delete them, just how it can be done with normal recurring workouts.
