  1. Right now the search function is not great. If you search for things out of order or with incomplete words, search does not function as it should, so you effectively have to know the name of the workout you're searching for and type it in sequence, in full.

    For example, "Swiss Ball Back Extension" cannot be found by searching "back extension" "swiss back."

    The builder is also clunky, taking >1gb to run, which makes it run slowly by today's standards. Not sure if there's a solution for this, but it looks like it runs about 5-10x bigger than most web…

  2. The previous Strength Workout builder allowed setting a planned time, enabling proper scheduling in the calendar. The new builder lacks this functionality, making planning and tracking strength workouts difficult.

  3. Hi! I have one suggestion for the coaching site on the web. Is it possible to move the Coach Journal from the left side (under Profile & Zones) to the left side, under the metrics Fitness, Form and Fatigue?
    I usually take notes in the coach journal but I always have to go back and fourth between the coach journal and the workout libary when planning for the athletes. I upload a picture where I suggest you can put the journal.

  4. Today's update (browser based app) really messed up my ability to keep all my metrics in a single window; it now forces me to see the metrics that TP (Training Peaks) imports from Garmin in one calendar "window" and my added metrics in a second calendar window!

    I really liked, and prefer, the previous method of containing both types of metrics together in a single calendar window. The attached graphic file (*.png) shows, in green arrows, the preferred calendar "window" vs. today's new method, in red arrows.

  5. The new hover functionality on the Metrics cards (Calendar view) was an excellent addition. However, it's common to have duplicate cards that can be repeated, unnecessary or redundant data. I use the 'time of the day' to check when it was recorded and delete redundant cards. Can you add the 'time of the day' to the hovercard info? It would save a few clicks and improve productivity when performing data cleaning. Thanks

  6. When editing event, for ultra endurance we need to be able to create event of more than 99hrs so please increase to 3 digits.

  8. On the calendar, you can use the "delete" button, but need to use the mouse to confirm. It would be great to use "delete" and "enter" to confirm that you want to delete an item from the calendar. Toggling between the mouse and keyboard is slow. Using the mouse to do 2 or 3 clicks is slower than the keyboard. It adds up a lot over time.

    In order to delete a strength training workout exercise or superset, you need to do 3 mouse clicks... It would be so much better to click the item, then "delete" and "enter" to…

  9. You allow repeating workouts for athletes and coaches on training calendars, but you don't allow the same functionality on training plans, it would be great to hit one button to repeat rest days, race series events, regular warm ups and cool downs, S&C, or repeated sessions

  10. As a coach. It happens very often that i have to create the same race events for several athletes during the Atp creation/edit. this leads to a duplication and wasting of time. i suggest to split event creations in a shared season calendar and the athlete specific goal for that event in his own ATP so to reuse the events already created.

  11. Currently if you have a training of certain type, all activities with matching type will be automatically matched with training and mark completed. As a consequence, training will disappear from garmin connect and won't sync with devices. The only way to force the training to show on garmin is to go to web and unpair the activities, which is not easy when you have access only to mobile device.

    Idea is to set a "matching percentage threshold" which allows activity to be matched with training automatically. For example if Training length is set to 60minutes and activity is below 80%…

  12. Current Challenge:
    As a coach, I have numerous athletes who sign up for various marathon events. For instance, if 10 of my athletes are participating in the same marathon, I currently have to create an individual event for each athlete. This process is cumbersome and time-consuming.

    Proposed Enhancement:
    I propose that TrainingPeaks introduce a feature to create events in a centralized manner and then apply these events to multiple athletes, similar to how training plans are created and assigned. Here are the key features of this enhancement:

  13. Workout view

    Replace the (now defunct) small minimal detail roll over window on workouts with the new vertical full detail view meaning users don’t have to click to view. All functionality already there. Remove a click and make it faster to locate workouts

    Have any click on the new workout view open the edit delete move and duplicate options rather than two clicks to open the menu and then again to select the function

    When dashes or dots are used to separate or delineate workouts have them also fill a complete line in the full detail view. At the moment…

  15. Metrics notifications from the Coach Home Page "Feed" or "Scroll" have gotten out of hand to the point of being completely meaningless. It's not uncommon to get 10-20 notifications per day per athlete for things like "body battery", Sleep, scale and HRV. At a minimum it would be nice to toggle these to on/off for Home Page notifications, ideally to be able to adjust more granularly to get one a day for each per athlete. The notifications (under the bell) do not seem to pick up on metrics activities but are also not as easy to use as the Feed…

  16. As a coach, I use the calendar athletes' grouped view (birds' view) to review my athletes' plans. The only option is one week at a time; however, most plans span up to 2 weeks. I wish there were a compact 2-week calendar group view for productivity purposes.

  17. I would like to be able to add tags to workouts in my workout library so that when I add the workout to a calendar it already has the tags in it that I need to follow. Adding tags individually into each and every workouts is stopping me from using tags at all.

  19. It would be nice to show personal events (races, vacations, break, sick...etc) on PMC so it's easy to see how the fitness/fatigue progress with different things happening in life when reviewing the season.
