1. Insert Block Button

   I think it would be great to be able to insert a block above an existing block instead of having to insert a block at the end and use the "move up" arrows to reorder an exercise.

   I find this when I have prewritten programs where I may want to add a certain warmup for a specific client I have to go insert that warmup at the end of the workout and use the up arrows several times to move that "prep" block to the beginning of the session.

6. Get rid of the paid pro version of the app for athletes who sign up through a coach, should be free for them

   I don't like my clients seeing an ad to upgrade to a better version when they sign up. If they're signing up under me they should have access to the pro app for free. I want my athletes to have those features and I think it's scammy to pass that cost on to them. I also think it makes me as a coach look cheap.

7. Improve ability to edit and re-apply an exercise to a program

   Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I find it laborious to manage changes to a mid-stream PROGRAM. I typically build out 4 week periodized programs. If, mid-stream, I want to change a workout right now I’m copying the program, unpublish the remainder of the sessions, change the workout I want, delete all the ones that they’ve already completed and then republish the smaller new program to the athlete. At a program level, I’d love to see something like TrainingPeaks “Dynamic Plan” where I could change the program and it would apply to all athletes who have that program. THIS WOULD BE MASSIVE.

   That said, I think it would also be useful to just be able to change selective workouts for a given athlete (rather than dynamic for everyone). This is a practical request, because I may find someone has a problem with say, as an example, a deadlift and may want to change just that exercise without all the hurdles I outlined above (but not change everyone else’s).

   It would be nice to be able to upload a new video for exercises that were created by Train Heroic.

   Some of the exercise videos selected by Train Heroic don't align with what I want to share with my clients. I'd like the option to be able to changes those videos but I can't.
