Updating a Circuit or Exercise Should Update in All Programs
Right now, if you created your own circuit or exercise, changing the information or adding more exercises to your circuit will not update the programs you have created which seems flawed.
As a coach, you want to be able to keep all your programs up to date with the latest videos, latest coaching instructions, and of course latest content without having to go to the 100+ programs created just to update the the exercise one by one to get the latest information.

Track and Graph volume / sets per muscle group by tagging exercises with primary and secondary muscles worked
It would be really great to have a functionality to track the volume (either total weight lifted or number of sets) per muscle over time (ie by week, month etc). This feature would make it much easier for the athletes and coaches to see how balanced their program is, and make changes to the program to give more attention to lagging muscle groups. Ability to Drag and Drop to Reorder Exercises in a Session
It would be really nice to be able to drag an exercise up and down when editing a session. This would make it so much easier to add a new exercise at the beginning of a session compared to the current arrow buttons.
