  3. I like the "Ramp Rate (RR)" metrics on the dashboard but not sure the data is as helpful (unambiguous) as it could be. The ramp rate is quoted in CTL per number of days. But the RR, as discussed in Joe F's Blog (linked on the home page), gives targets in CTL/week, which is a number that is more meaningful. Could your metrics be displayed in CTL/week to make it easier to understand/use? A bare number without the units specified is ambiguous.

  4. Most workouts include more than one type of interval/exercise/drill in various combinations. It would be very convenient, when creating workouts as a coach, to have a separate library of workout blocks that can be draged into workouts.

  5. When I'm re-arranging Plans i need do shift planed Trainings. My Coach / Training Plan works with notes. If I shift planed trainings Notes don't shift... This is a real nuisance

  7. Hi, it is possible to add the ability to select median heart rate rather than average? If there are enough outliers in the data, it will skew the results. As an example, I just completed an hour run. My heart rate settled in to a range of 130-132 for most of the run but since there was a ramp in the beginning and at the end, they were included and it skewed the average down. I have also seen this have a larger impact on treadmill runs where I had to stop momentarily to start another session since I exceeded…

  8. It's great that we have the ability to use an .ical to view our calender externally, but I'm surprised there isn't an option to write directly into an existing Google calender.

    I've noticed that there can be significant delays using .ical, and if my coach updates something in the plan, it doesn't show immediatly, where I would expect this data to be pushed instantly.

    The calender integration, whilst useful, still feels a little unpolished.

    1. For the coach “Home” page notification “feed”, please allow users to toggle “read” and “unread” for specific notifications (or “flag” some other way. Use case: I read a notification, but want to return to it (maybe requires more thoughtful reply or analysis) so would like to re mark it as “un read” so I don’t forget about it.

    2. For the coach “Home” page notification “feed”, the “read”/“unread” filter should out rank the others and you should be able to filter on “read”/“unread” in addition to the other filters simultaneously. So as an example, I would like to be able to…

  9. I have a 12 week half marathon training plan with 4 workouts per week, to reuse the training plan for a 10 mile race I will have to edit all 48 workouts, it would be nice to be able to have a "scale a training plan" feature such that I could take the existing training plan and scale all workouts by 75%.

  11. Please update duplicate detection, currently it only detects duplicates if the FIT files are exactly the same. It should flag files that start/finish at the same time.
    Perhaps it could also give the we user the option to choose or combine files.

  12. Can you make the scale on the y axis of the charts dynamic so the user can zoom in or out? Often there is a lot of wasted space on the y axis or a few outlier data points skew the scale of the chart. I would like to be able to have more dymamic ability to see smaller changes in my workouts.

  13. Currently, all software for tracking performance provide duration in each heart rate zone and the % of time spent in each heart rate zone of an entire run/ride.

    However, to track progress, it would be beneficial to know the average pace run in each each heart rate zone. This would be an important metric to monitor as it would capture average pace in Zone 2 for example and this could be compared to past runs to reflect progress or lack of

    I would suggest that the "Datails" column in ATP could have an option to appear on the calendar, as well as the "Limiters - Run" column; TSS planned... As this would help in the construction of the weeks with information from each athlete...
    It would be possible??

Hello, in the arabian world we start our week in Saturday however, in training peaks app/site we don't have that option only sunday&monday, however, in garmin connect we can start our week with Saturday and this is the number one reason for us as arabian coaches / atheletes why we dont use training peaks.

  16. For Peak Performances, if I set a new record that's greater than 25% more than my previous, I feel it should ask me to confirm if it's valid. Or at least some checks that I'm not running faster than Usain Bolt's 100m mph for a full mile, or swimming faster than Michael Phelps or biking faster than Lance Armstrong, etc... For those of us that live in a city and the buildings the GPS can be inaccurate and cause wildly incorrect times and an upper bound would be quite useful.

  19. I have been tracking blood pressure and weight with the help of Withings devices for some time now. Both are synchronized from Withings to Training Peaks.

    Recently I've added body temperature to the metrics I track with Withings; however there is no body temperature field in TP metrics for me to enter them, and oviously it is also not being synchronized.

    Would be great if this field could be added, and an import from withings implemented.
