  1. Our coaching company would like to use TPV as a training tool in our training center. All of our clients have TP accounts, many are Premium. The timing issue is that we have to individually log-in a client with their TP log-in credentials. It would be excellent if we could select the user from our TP client list such that they are automatically logged-in and data automatically transfers to their TP account. This would also accelerate your efforts to build a base of users with existing (and new) TP clients.

  2. I'm using the Powertoys keyboard remapping to remap keys from a Bluetooth music controller, to control direction, virtual gears, workout steps.
    However, TPVirtual is overriding that config and using the keys from it's original mapping. Previously this was working with indieVelo.

    Is it possible to check on this?

  3. When connecting accessories, my Kickr Rollr does not have a power profile as on Zwift. I can only use the speed sensor and it’s WAY out. In fact, I’m chewing my bars on the velodrome and with 10 mph registering. Zwift (sorry to swear) have a ZPower profile for the Kickr Rollr and I therefore beg for this on here and then I will be with you for all my training, Many thanks in advance.

  5. Hello, I am using a Tacx Neo2T, and absolutely LOVE the virtual shifting especially as I have my track bike on the trainer. The only issue I seem to have is that the change doesnt happen immediately all the time. Sometimes I will need to put a lot of power in the pedals just to get the virtual shifting to change. Not sure if this is a bug of my set up or if others have this issue. Also, on my computer it is not clear how where to press for changing the gear up or down. I have figured…

  6. When riding with a pace group, it would be very helpful to know where the pace bot is, but making its dot the colour of the pace bot, and on top of the other dots. The particular gains of this idea would be:
    (A) when one group overtakes another, making sure you stay in the group you intend to.
    (B) when you are hoping to catch a group, especially if it is coming the other way, getting advance warning of its arrival so you position yourself and get up to speed.

  7. The minimap shows your position as an arrowhead. The arrowhead is clear, but quite good. It would be very helpful to know where in the arrowhead you are, to understand how you relate to the dots ahead and behind of the arrowhead. Perhaps a black dot at the exact location?

  8. I have been unable to have the program run in a stable and non-halting manner on AppleTV. Every other cycling app is running well. And it takes forever to acceptably make entries to logon because of cursor issues with the remote. It is unusable on AppleTV. Having said that, it runs great on my Mac Laptop. However, I am unable to import structured workouts from my TrainingPeaks library. The file identified for doing so in online instructions is not discoverable on my Mac.   11. I understand that you don't want to show w/kg for the riders around you and I understand your reasoning. However, on my bike computer in real life I have my power data set to display as w/kg NOT a power number. It would be nice to have this as an option in the HUD display of my data that others can't see. I think others have also moved away from viewing a power number and instead use w/kg. Again it would be nice to have this as a power option in the displays that are private to the user.

    Many thanks for this more nuanced suggestion, and support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.

    We've deliberately not declined this one and will add it to the list of suggestions to consider in more detail. Whilst the general position remains that we deliberately choose not to publish this metric, it potentially could be displayed for yourself only (and be blank when viewing other riders) as an option in the custom UI.

  13. Before hand I had signed up for all 4 "Wednesday Omnium" races. Warm-up and first two races went without any issues, but when I joined the 3rd race I got the error message of:
    "Already connected.
    Your account is already connected in another session.

    Please log out on your other session, and then try again."

    I was sent to the menu. And I tried multiple times to join, but got the same error message. And after the pen had closed I joined to "free ride" without any issue.

  15. Are there plans to introduce a phone app that can act as a sensor bridge to get past the Apple TV limitation of only being able to pair two devices? Have an older smart trainer with no cadence sensor built-in so have to forego the HRM pairing.

  17. Instead of naming routes that don't finish exactly on a single route end or number of laps Custom Route, please name the route. Say Named Route x 8.7 laps, or Named Route x AAkm would allow us to look back and see past finish times when considering races. Also allow/make it easy for routes not finishing exactly to transfer to the virtual hub website. At present there is a lot of ????? when trying to see a route and the custom length profile does not show.

  20. Can the target power be larger as its hard to see on small devices.

    Also the bar at top of the screen that appears to move at will.... can that instead sit central based on target power and move to the left or right if you drift above or below the target power. Similar to the dial on zwift companion.
