  1. Add AWC/W' graphic.
I think that it's an important thing to add in metrics and in the graph to better analized races and trainings

  2. Custom Field Creation: Enable users to create custom fields in their activity logs. These fields would be specifically designed to record ******* levels at different heart rates. This customization allows for more precise tracking of an athlete's physiological responses to training.

Data Input Options: Athletes or coaches can manually input ******* levels, measured through blood ******* testing during or after workouts, alongside the corresponding heart rate at the time of the test.

Graphical Data Representation: Integrate these custom fields into the platform's existing data visualization tools. For instance, a graph could plot heart rate (BPM) against ******* levels over time,…

  3. For both mobile and desktop:
Need to be able to view average stride length from run history and also be able to do so BY LAP so that user may see efficiencies / differences in stride length between laps (hard or easy).

  5. It would be useful to include 3 minutes (anaerobic TH) on the peak Heart rate chart and 20km,25km and 35km on the Peak Pace Chart.(Marathon training)

  6. Hey Leute!

  7. My swim workouts no longer show the actual continuous distances I have swum during a workout under the “Laps & Splits” display but rather show my entire workout in many 25 yard increments.

TP says this is because of how the data is received from Apple in the “fit” file. But Apple says they have not made any changes and/or that you (TP) should contact Apple through the developer channels to discuss with them.

Regardless of where the issue lies, something changed (for me) around 10/3 and continues to happen now. Before that date, I could "analyze" my swim workouts…

  8. Implement zone values in Dashboard Widgets when hovering over the diagrams. E.G. Zone 3 (144-171 bpm). Right now its only showing the zone's name.

  9. I'd like to ask the inclusion of Lung Volume (l) and Pulmonary Power (W) into the Metrics function of TP. This is relevant to track the concurrent lung training which is recommended for many aerobic exercises. Moreover popular training equipment like PowerBreathe provides this data already.

  10. This may already be in here, but I cant find it. A simple count of workouts by activity type. For example, if you have ridden 5 times, run twice and swum twice, the total is 9 activities. A column chart summarized by week similar to hours or TSS charts. Very simple. For some athletes a goal can be consistency so being able to easily see progress on this is helpful and motivating. For multisport coaches, it provides another metric to assess to determine how consistent an athlete is being by sport.

  11. I’d like to request that the “Pace by Zones” section for a swim be updated. Currently Zone 2 is a sub 48.12 100m, which is 1.32 seconds off world record pace. I don’t know that anyone is currently physically capable of hitting Zone 3.

I’m guessing there’s some sort of typo and maybe they were meant to be 1:44 and 1:39 pace, but was just hoping it could be corrected so the metric is in any way useful.

  13. SRAM eTap tracks shifting data and I can see that data on my Garmin Edge 1030 but that doesn't get surfaced up into my TP workouts. I know this data is in the SRAM AXS portal also. Perhaps by building a connection to that partner the data could be mapped in?

  14. Wanting to explore the possibility to plot the "how did you feel" responses in a similar way to how you can plot other metrics like weight/sickness/injury etc

I use the How Did You Feel as a useful and simple tool to monitor my training progress. I grade each workout based on how I feel during the workout and record this value using the How Did You Feel.

By grading each workout this way, I can make a quick scan of my workouts and see any trends over the last week. As a good rule of thumb, if I have two…

  16. When I filter for a specific ride, different parameters like TSS are listed. Unfortunately, the TSS value doesn't give me the full picture if I don't know my FTP value at that time. So, would it be possible to list the historical FTP value and possibly also the weight when filtering, in addition to date, duration, distance and TSS?

  17. The Fitness History tables include one year of historical data. It would be great to be able to go further back in time. The custom date range feature works for the charts but not for the tables.

  18. I like the "Ramp Rate (RR)" metrics on the dashboard but not sure the data is as helpful (unambiguous) as it could be. The ramp rate is quoted in CTL per number of days. But the RR, as discussed in Joe F's Blog (linked on the home page), gives targets in CTL/week, which is a number that is more meaningful. Could your metrics be displayed in CTL/week to make it easier to understand/use? A bare number without the units specified is ambiguous.

  19. It'd be great to be able to customize what data you could export:
    - HRM
    - Avg NGP
    - Peak pace
    - etc...

I tend to manually enter data from TP into separate spreadsheets for athletes that I coach and would save a lot of time with a customized data export option.

  20. I am a coach of trailrunners and It would be so useful for me, for other coaches and for athletes to include effort kilometers as a volume field and effort kilometers/hour as a quality value. Furthermore it could be really interesting to have the relative charts in the athlete dashboard.
