  1. Hi,

    it would be great if I could add certain comments into TP that would be included in the PMC. For example, I contracted Covid twice end in the winter training season 2023/2024 and eventually it took me 4 months to reach the same CTL level that I had at the beginning of the first infection.

    It would be nice to mark the beginning and end of the infection period or mark training camps.

  2. I just started using the newly built Strength option, and I have a few things which do bother me. Firstly, in the option where I can input my weights for a specific exercise, I cannot use decimal points, so there is no way for me to input for example 17.5kg, I tried it with pounds too, but there it is forbidden too. Secondly, If I start the Strength training in the application it starts the timer and when I end it it end, and at the end I get the time of my workout, this would be a good option…

  4. When I filter for a specific ride, different parameters like TSS are listed. Unfortunately, the TSS value doesn't give me the full picture if I don't know my FTP value at that time. So, would it be possible to list the historical FTP value and possibly also the weight when filtering, in addition to date, duration, distance and TSS?

  5. Hi,

    I'm doing lab testing once or twice a year including an indirect calorimetry. It would be nice if I were able to feed back the results of those tests into TrainingPeaks and/or WKO5.

    I'm sure the model could be made more accurate and perhaps, it might be possible to even come up with an estimation of how many grams of fat and carbohydrates I've burned in an exercise using the calorimetry's results.

  6. It will be a very handy to add a nap metrics in TP to help coaches to see how recovery is going, because a daily 10-15min "power naps" do a big impacts in that process.

  7. I like the "Ramp Rate (RR)" metrics on the dashboard but not sure the data is as helpful (unambiguous) as it could be. The ramp rate is quoted in CTL per number of days. But the RR, as discussed in Joe F's Blog (linked on the home page), gives targets in CTL/week, which is a number that is more meaningful. Could your metrics be displayed in CTL/week to make it easier to understand/use? A bare number without the units specified is ambiguous.

  8. I'd like to be able to easily find a custom peak interval within a single workout (i.e. not the Peak Performance overall; just within a single workout analysis).

    For example. I use CTS programs and they have an FTP field test that requires 2x8 min intervals. These aren't terribly hard to see in the analysis, and I can create and save a custom interval. But sometimes the TP sliders aren't very precise.

  9. We have in the dashboard to different fitness summary, one is for the completed duration and one for the completed distance. Is it possible just to add the completed number of workouts?

  11. For a lot of my activities like hiking and ski mountaineering (big days), I do not have an option to add in weight carried. I think this would be a really good metric to have on workouts to help quantify times and variations due to things like extra carried weight. Having this (or any type of customizeable field) that I can see when I look at the calendar view would be very helpful.

Currently, the training sessions created and executed from the 'New Strength Builder' do not appear in the Dashboard metrics on the web, such as in the 'Fitness Summary' or the time in 'Fitness History.' The time is recorded in the Calendar tab but not in the Dashboard tab. It would be great to get an update on this.

  15. At one point I got a much more accurate power meter. I would like peak performances to only reflect workouts since I got that power meter. It is cumbersome to click delete many old peaks that I know is too high. One idea is that I as user can define a date from which the workouts should be considered for peak performances.

  16. I am a coach of trailrunners and It would be so useful for me, for other coaches and for athletes to include effort kilometers as a volume field and effort kilometers/hour as a quality value. Furthermore it could be really interesting to have the relative charts in the athlete dashboard.

  17. As endurance beginner I often experience a gap between the prediction of form and my true capability of working out.

    I sometimes wasn‘t able to do group rides I wanted because activities added up different from prediction of Form.

    I figured out that there are muscular stress factors which overweight the overall stress score - like sore muscles after a little too hard strengh training. Or when you did even a single interval which was way beyond the sweet spot.

  19. Pre-activity comments data is missing when exporting raw data in CSV format.
    My coach writes in details in the pre-activity comments, which is quite helpful when reading them later. I want to capture everything to play with what TP offers.

  20. I'd like to highlight a section and see the average power for all of the efforts in the highlight section without the rest period being taken into consideration. Possibly with a slider to adjust the time analysis of the effort analysis (to make up for turbo lag / ERG lag.
