Daily/Weekly micro goals or tasks
Feature request: Add simple, non-metric based, task option. These would be items that the athlete should do those days, but that don't have a specific metric associated with them like HR, time, etc. Examples: "Take an Ice Bath", "Stretch", "Get bike fit", "get new shoes", whatever it may be. It could be simply marked as a check box when completed. This would allow for simple, at-a-glance action items for athletes or coaches.

Custom intensity unit per workout step
It would be great to specify a different intensity unit for each step of a workout.
For example, for my runs I would like to use "% of threshold HR" for worm up and cool down and use "% of threshold pace" for the intervals.This is particularly annoying when you have a long warm up before an intervals session. You want to use "% of threshold pace" for the intervals (HR won't work because of the lag), but the same intensity unit is used for the warm up as well, resulting in the watch continuously beeping if not in…

Suggestion for Charts
Good morning --
I have a couple of suggestions:
The time-in-zone chart for the workout should have the added capability to be applied over specific laps. This would be helpful in evaluating the quality of the perfomance of each interval.
The pie charts in the Dashboard should have the added capability to track mileage, time, etc., for specific bikes. I use a lot of these pie charts to manage scheduled maintenance, such as when to change out a shifter wire. If I go off to a training camp, and take a different bike, I would like mileage for that bike…

Add sub-folders for workouts and workout plans in TrainingPeaks web/phone app.
If you have a lot of workouts, it could be nice to be able to sort them into folders and sub-folders. It would also be nice to be able to expand the side panel so that it takes up more of the screen so that you can see more info displayed there. Most of my folder names and workout names are not fully displayed because that side panel is pretty compact on the screen.
It would also be great if there was a mouse-over function where the full text of a workouts title was displayed when you place your mouse…

Note Feature Email Notification to Coach
I noticed yesterday when one of my athlete used the new limited availability feature, it generated an email to me as their coach that they place this limited availability note on their calendar. I thought his was great, and request that the same occur with the regular note feature. Currently the only way I know when an athlete leaves a standard note is if I see it on their calendar. Thanks.

Custom Data Export
It'd be great to be able to customize what data you could export:
- HRM
- Avg NGP
- Peak pace
- etc...I tend to manually enter data from TP into separate spreadsheets for athletes that I coach and would save a lot of time with a customized data export option.

Planning Mode Toggle to display Daily TSS, Daily Form in the Calendar view - for dynamically planning a week in one screen
When planning a week and balancing within daily and weekly TSS and form targets, it would be really useful to have a toggle whereby the DAILY TSS & TSB were displayed above or in each day within the calendar view.
This would help me plan my weekly distribution within the weekly ATP TSS, whilst monitoring the TSB to ensure I don't overshoot on particular days. This is also important for scenario planning - what if I shift this workout forward or backwards to compensate for availability - what is the impact on the shape of the week?

Allow capturing activities longer than 99:59:59
For long events such as single stage 200 mile or further trail running races (e.g. Tor des Géants, Moab240, etc) it will be useful to be able to capture durations longer than 99:59:59 because many athletes will require more than 100 hours to complete the activity.

Protection of knowledge and data
As a professional coach, you have your own working method and strategy. When professional athletes come to you for advice and guidance, you obviously want to help them with that. However, you do not want your knowledge and data to be simply transferred to other coaches and teams when the collaboration ends. So there should be an option to delete all planned workouts/assignments without deleting the athlete's uploads for professional coaches.
