Athlete's name on coach's calendar view
As a coach, when I view my athlete's calendar in the Android app, it should show their name on screen.

weight management tool/chart
Build or modify existing chart to project future weight based on current caloric deficit trends, update daily with calories consumed sync, and each time a new weight is sync'd to Peaks. Here's an example of how I did it (not necessarily the best way).

for running workouts, display both power metrics and NGP
To see NGP in running workout analysis metrics, you have to toggle back and forth between TSS and rTSS selection on the summary screen. This is a pain point as it as a lot of slow screen switching when analyzing laps or segments of workouts. Display both NGP and power metrics for running workouts when power is available.

Export workout step notes to Garmin or FIT files
The workout step notes are not exported to Garmin devices or the FIT file, only the title and intensity are exported.
Other platforms like humango.ai are able to export both titles and notes, this can give the athlete the ability to see the coach instructors during the workout.

Extend recurring workout functionality with hidden recurring workouts
Currently coaches are limited to creating visible recurring workouts only. It would be great to have an option to create hidden recurring workouts and unhide them as needed. Or or delete them, just how it can be done with normal recurring workouts.

protect coach IPO
Add option to protect workouts from being copied to an athlete library to protect coach-developed workouts. I realize it won't fully stop copying but it will make it harder.

Enable "delete" and "enter" within the platform and workout builder, so you can remove items with the keyboard.
On the calendar, you can use the "delete" button, but need to use the mouse to confirm. It would be great to use "delete" and "enter" to confirm that you want to delete an item from the calendar. Toggling between the mouse and keyboard is slow. Using the mouse to do 2 or 3 clicks is slower than the keyboard. It adds up a lot over time.
In order to delete a strength training workout exercise or superset, you need to do 3 mouse clicks... It would be so much better to click the item, then "delete" and "enter" to…

Age Appropriate Training Plans
I'm pushing 60 years old and still active but haven't run in a while. My recovery requirements are a lot longer than when I was 15 years old. I ran your training plan quiz and it suggested I go from couch to a sub 40 minute 10K for my first training plan. NOT!

audio messages
Being able to add short (i.e. 60-90") audio messages directly on training blocs and/or Notes would boost the efficiency of communications.
Those short audio recording could be added to all 3 sections (training description / Pre-activity / Post-Activity) or simply ONE audio recording
Because sometimes, the best way to communicate something is through your voice!

Need to be able to "FAVORITE" Training Plans
Similar to another users suggestion of having currently ACTIVE Training Plans highlighted, there should be a way to categorize Training Plans or at least mark certain plans as FAVORITES so they are easier to find when needed. As it stands now, if you want me to purchase any more plans I am hesitant because it gums up all the ones I have making it even more difficult to figure out which ones I want to use or have used in the past. Let me categorize them as either favorites, 70.3, 140.6, marathon, 50k, off season, etc., etc.....

peak performance
Can we please have 10 and 20 second Peak Performances? Fully custom (as has been suggested before) would be ideal. But as a interim step, plugging some obvious gaps would be great. I'm training my bike sprint at the minute, but can only see 5 second (too short) and 1 min (too long) peaks. It would be great to track my 10 and 20 second progress via the peak performance feature. Thanks

Extend the 'repeat' functionality for plans
You allow repeating workouts for athletes and coaches on training calendars, but you don't allow the same functionality on training plans, it would be great to hit one button to repeat rest days, race series events, regular warm ups and cool downs, S&C, or repeated sessions

Have Ability to Display Zones on Quick View Graph and Set a Default Graph View
When viewing the workout in Quick View, have the ability to overlay zones (HR, pace, power, etc) on the graph as available in Expanded View. Also be able to set a default for this so it loads that way every time you click into it for both Quick View and Expanded View.

How about an option where your training sessions for the last 6 months get deleted off an athletes account if they decide to walk away? Not
Have an option that if an athlete walks away or just disconnects from a coach the last 3-6 months' worth of programming gets deleted too? Not the data so what they did would still be there but the workouts that the coaches have spent time creating. So easy for someone to just leave and then go to another coach who potentially has access to all your workouts. On the flip side of that if a coach removes an athlete then there is the option for these to be deleted or not.
As coaches, we spend a good bit of money…10 votes
