Add history and graphs for strength workouts too
New strength builder is a good step in right direction. However, basically every gym app has section for history/analytics where a user can easily check progression and different kind of graphs. We need that too.
Also, it is a very easy task to look a few popular gym apps like Strong and see how history/analytics has been done. And what other features they have... ;)

Strength workouts will not sync to Garmin Connect
The new strength workout builder is great, but it's not syncing with Garmin calendar. It would be great to use the TP interface to create the trainings, as well to have exercise data to visualize and analyse there after.

Skill-based workouts
using the functionality you've already developed for the new strength builder workout, can you add a skill development workout option where we can program drills into workouts? This would be great for more technical sports.

Include RPE as a prescription parameter in strength workouts
To prescribe strength workouts using RPE, you have to enter these details in the coaching comments section...this is a laborious and inflexible solution to programming strength workouts using RPE (like the endurance workout builder allows).
My suggestion is to include RPE as a parameter in building strength workouts. This would vastly improve each workout's flexibility, precision, and presentation.

Multiple coinciding targets for workouts
On FinalSurge, you can program workouts with multiple coinciding targets. For example, for a bike workout you can set both power and heart rate targets (ranges) for the warm up, intervals, etc. This would be great because then coaches wouldn't need duplicates for every workout, and athletes who ride indoors on Zwift but outside without a power meter would have the correct targets for all rides.

Specific Recovery plans/category
I would like my coach to be able to add specific recovery items so I can be as optimal as possible. For example: when to use Normatec boots, sauna, ice baths, specific stretching/mobility after workout. Currently the option is to add something that was done as other. Recovery is just as important as the workout.

Daily cycling steals my plan
I cycle to work and back everyday. But TP thinks this my workout and then it’s gone. Can I prevent that? Or mark my commute as non–exercise? (
It isn‘t, I cycle very relaxed.)2 votes -
Google health integration
Considering there are only 2 OS options it makes sense to have integration with Google health and apple health

Add 3km to run peak performances. There are a lot of runners who do 3km tests, it would be nice to check this timeline.

Separate coaches app
It's annoying to have to log in/out of my athlete and coach accounts to use the mobile app. There should be separate apps which can be simultaneously logged in.

Coach Journal on the right side
Hi! I have one suggestion for the coaching site on the web. Is it possible to move the Coach Journal from the left side (under Profile & Zones) to the left side, under the metrics Fitness, Form and Fatigue?
I usually take notes in the coach journal but I always have to go back and fourth between the coach journal and the workout libary when planning for the athletes. I upload a picture where I suggest you can put the journal.7 votes -
New strength workout builder to sync with WKO
the new strength workout builder does not currently sync to WKO (unlike the old version of the strength workout). This is very frustrating, and currently my workaround is to create a duplicate workout using the old strength workout, so that I do have one which has sync'd to WKO.

Performance metrics
Feature Description:
We propose adding a new feature that provides personalized training suggestions based on daily performance metrics and overall health status. This feature will utilize TrainingPeaks' existing metrics, including Training Stress Score (TSS), Fitness (CTL), Fatigue (ATL), and Form (TSB), to offer tailored advice for morning and evening training sessions, as well as adjustments for the following day and week. Additionally, the feature will suggest updates to the Annual Training Plan (ATP) and focus on A races in the athlete's calendar.Purpose:
The primary goal of this feature is to help self-trained athletes optimize their training by providing real-time,…9 votes -
Extend recurring workout functionality with hidden recurring workouts
Currently coaches are limited to creating visible recurring workouts only. It would be great to have an option to create hidden recurring workouts and unhide them as needed. Or or delete them, just how it can be done with normal recurring workouts.

Ongoing chat log, seperate from the workouts/calendar
Not sure if this exists and I'm unaware of it, but I'd love a running chat window to communicate with my athlete beyond individual notes on individual workouts.
I text or email with some of my clients on non-workout specific issues and I'd love to be able to do this within the platform. A basic version would be just an ongoing conversation. A more mature version could be topic based, so a convo could be grouped by topic

The ability to mark notifications as 'unread.'
Many times an athlete writes a comment in a workout or I see something within a workout that makes me want to make another change or something else I need to come back to. I would like the ability to keep the notifications so I can have a reminder to come back to that workout for further review or action.

Auto Detect FTP
Now that AI has come in to place, it would be nice to see a projected FTP and not have to do an FTP test
It would be nice For self trained athletes to develop a workout plan and see where they will be in the next six or 12 weeks in regards to your FTP. It could also have a range of variance high and a low if you are not compliant 100% to the plan anyway I think it be nice touch.
