  1. It would be nice to have a 'Warm-Up Library' where you can add your own different kind of WU's: (repeated)sprints, progressive efforts, high cadence spin ups, torque efforts. To then access these in the workout builder, to drag them for a workout. Would be time-efficient, and a good way to differentiate more in WU.

  2. Please shrink the workout boxes and comment font back to what they were before the recent update. A lot of my athletes comment extensively. I catch these via the Home Update list on the right of the screen. At a glance, it seems like I am getting about half the information within the screen that I am accustomed to.

  3. I often have to change my training plan around and i find it very frustrating that I can't drag and drop sessions from one day to the next like you can on the web version. Is this possible?

  4. Is there anything on the road map where as coaches we would be able to programme strength based movements from an athletes 1RM. My understanding and chatting to one of the sales directors is that the current limitations are reps sets and RPE. But it would be really useful to add a % of their 1RM aligned to the type of strength training.

Seeing as %'s of thresholds and zone training can already be done, is this something that will be coming for strength training?

  5. Ability to have uploaded strength workouts auto sync with the new strength programming sessions programmed for athletes in their programs as currently it keeps them separated and cannot lync/sync them together to be completed unless you check off each and every exercise.

  6. In the TP workout builder, I can either select a target FTP or FTP range. It'd be nice if I could just write a target power in mind. Right now, I have to fiddle around with the target FTP ranges until I get the power range I want, and I'd rather just input the power myself (e.g. 150-200 watts)

  7. The new strength builder is great; however, I'm limited to exercises utilizing the existing "movement + video + parameters" format. Oftentimes, I like to have athletes finish a strength session with some sort of circuit (AMRAP, EMOM, etc etc). In the past, I'd just use text to explain this to them but I'm finding that the new builder doesn't allow for me to build a simple text box into the session. Having that as an option would be HUGE.

  8. It would be helpful if the new strength workout builder could also be ordered in the calendar view. For example now it is always set before a cycling workout and I cannot switch it with the cycling workout, so that it is set afterwards (as it was possible with the old builder).

  9. On the new S+C function when athletes have completed workouts and have entered the weights in kg they have lifted on the coaches screen these remain blank. I have both an athlete account I use and a coaches account attached to it and can't see the weights I have entered.

  10. The app is very limited in its functionality, and I find the requirement to have a laptop in order to access all features frustrating, given that I am a frequent traveller and therefore depend on an effective app.For example, it would be useful to be able to create training plans within the app or to record workouts as a series so that they can be repeated on specific days.I would also like to be able to view my Garmin watch's health data in an organised way in the app. A general issue is the absence of a "cockpit" as found…

  11. As I new user, I find the current workout graphs nearly impossible to read and get information from because all the traces are on the same graph, and the traces get in the way of each other. Can we please have the option to have each trace on a separate set of axes, but with the x-axis aligned and the same scale for each graph.

  12. Love the Strength Training feature. Would be great for TP to record my heart rate directly or to allow the completed Strength workout to be paired with the recorded workout uploaded from Apple Health.

  13. It would be very useful to have a printable version of the details of each workout.
In some cases (for example swimming) it is useful to have a printed version of the workout with you to be able to do it. Even for indoor cycling, in some cases it is useful to have the workout in front of you.
Now if you request a printout of the workout, the entire page is printed, in a way that is also quite ugly, lacking formatting and difficult to read.
With small adjustments in the page style sheet for programmers it would be…

  15. A coach customised mandatory very short questionnaire (1-3 questions max) that the athlete has to fill out when they open up TP each day. E.g. Motivation, Fatigue, note .

This would eliminate athletes having to remember to do this themselves and allow coaches to quickly identify when changes might need to be made.

  16. I get a letterbox video of the YouTube videos I have linked in the exercises while completing them on iPadOS. I don't have this problem on iOS. Screen recordings of iOS and iPadOS attached. Please resize videos shown in strength workouts exercises on iPadOS to frame the entire height of the video.

  17. I know this may be a bit 1990's but I'd love to be able to make a print out of the Strength Workout schedule out to take into the gym with me. I can then make comments on the page using a 1970's gadget that I think used to be called a pen and update my workout using the app afterwards.

Notes like "bailed after 8 reps" or "next time use same weight for both sets" are much easier with a pen and paper. many thanks.

  18. Font size in the Map/Graph tab is very small. On a large iPhone the font is only about 1mm high. There is a large amount of unused space on the page so a larger font wouldn’t disrupt the layout and would make the post workout data dump much more accessible

  19. I am trying out the new Strength entry and comparing it to what I use now in another app. One thing that would be very helpful is if we could enter comments with each exercise not just on the entire workout. I leave notes for the next workout or tell my coach how that specific exercise went or an altercation to the workout for whatever reason. Thank you

  20. Hi. I have a few clients who Run on both the Road and the Treadmill. They have different calibrations for pace/speed respective of which they decide to do that day but yet there's no way to change settings of differentiate this in the builder when writing their sessions. So my suggestion would be either make 'Treadmill Run' it's own separate workout choice or have a setting in Run whereby you could set different Thresholds for both respectively. The same goes actually for Outdoor Rides versus Turbo trainer rides, if the athlete is riding and collecting power data from a Smart…
