Build-up plans not in percentage of.... but in absolute data
As a coach, I make training plans on real watts (cycling) or in pace (running).
E.g.: 4 x 1000m running @ 3'/K with 45" Rest. I still am waiting for this very important way of making build-up plans!
You only work in % of something, but not in real watts or paces. For me, this is very important (and I guess also for other coaches)!10 votes -
Garmin Index BP montiro
I am 54. Part of my new routine has been to regularly take my blood pressure. I have always prided myself on keeping active. I have also been egotistical in ignoring some things. Heart attacks and strokes are no longer things off in the distance for me. I recently bought a Garmin Index BP monitor. It syncs with the Garmin Connect app but the data doesn't transfer over to the Training Peaks side. The Garmin S2 scale weight information transfers just fine (usually).
Anyway, as an older athlete the time has come to keep regular check of my blood pressure…10 votes -
Ability to scale an interval target value by a % when using workout builder
At the moment we either have to use the slider to alter the intensity or duration of an interval, for each interval. This is quite tedious, cumbersome and slow.
It would be great if we could highlight a section of a workout, or select certain intervals, and just increase those by a desired % value.2 votes -
On/ Off Toggle for Individual Workouts
It would be nice to have the ability to toggle an individual workout between active and inactive to see how including or excluding it would affect your tss, fitness, fatigue and form for the week and future weeks. This could be especially helpful when trying to adjust a plan a few weeks before an event to see if excluding certain workouts could improve your numbers.

Brick workouts should allow multiple activities
When I record a brick session on my Fenix watch, Training Peaks will not allow me to upload it into the coach’s planned session. Instead, I have to record them as unplanned sessions, and leave the brick as “not attempted”.
A brick workout should allow attaching multiple activities, reflecting the nature of the workout.

Copy and paste workouts in mobile app
Sometimes I need to fill in a missing out extra workout. It would be nice to be able to copy and paste workouts on the app to do that.

Workout url in calendar export (iCal)
When navigating through my calender, in this case Google Calendar, if I click on the entry in my calender I can see some varied details, planned time, comments etc.
It would be really useful if the export contained a url that would take me directly to the workout in the browser / app.

Create the option to pause athletes
From time to time, we have athletes that need to pause coaching, or leave coaching, but may come back later. It would be helpful to have the ability to put them in a different category so they aren't clogging our active list of athletes, especially in the drop downs, etc. where space is limited.

Display the "Connection" name of uplaoded file.
I have connections to Polar Flow and Wahoo APPs on an Android to Trainingpeaks on windows+google Chrome browser. All works very well.
I have a problem in that once uploaded I cannot tell which is from which APP.
Is there a way to see this on the Browser and/or the Trainingpeaks APP.
The only way I can tell at present is to view the Uploaded Files, where each APP has a different filename format.
I cannot see a way to see this directly in the Calendar or quick views.
(In this instance I use calorie count for some statistics and…3 votes -
import workout name from FIT file
I just did a strength workout on my Garmin watch called "campus". On Garmin connect, the default activity name is "campus". On TrainingPeaks it's "Strength". It'd be great if TrainingPeaks also showed "campus" (given that the activity type is stored as a tag already so that information remains available).
Or alternatively, at least create a tag with the workout name?
I confirmed that the FIT files from Garmin do contain the workout name.
Thanks in advance for your consideration :D

Add estimated distance
When reviewing my planned workout, it would be very nice to see an estimated distance based on the est avg pace without having to do the calculation in my head or guess. Just helpful to see the rough distance so as to know which running route I will need to take to consumer the time within the workout plan

Disable threshold notifications for workout builder when synced with Garmin
So Garmin has yet to address this issue customers are requesting for the last FIVE years, so maybe you all at Training Peaks can help and address from your end.
Need a way to disable workout notifications on GArmin watches based on workout builder syncs. Specifically, we don't want alerts of thresholds below or above the range showing up. Only want alerts for the transition to the next phase of workout. When we do short intervals the transition alerts get lost in the threshold alerts.

Open Water Swim Structured Workouts
Since TrainingPeaks doesn't differentiate between open water and pool swims most devices including Garmin watches, only support importing structured workouts from TP in Pool swim mode. Seems to me we are missing a trick as the pool environment is already structured! Set distances, pool clock etc., and many swimmers (and coaches) prefer not to use a watch in the pool. However, when we go out outside, we lose the wall clock and the lap lengths. To avoid the common trap of falling into “mono-speed” swimming we still need to provide structure. I do this by setting the intervals on duration…
