Comments
Allow the coach to disable public comments for training sessions. I find it clutters the program and causes problems when there is someone constantly posting negative things about how they are feeling etc. they can still post privately but as a coach, I would like the ability to hide or disable certain people from commenting.

Ability to log/edit client sessions from web
Would be nice to make edits to a client's session from the web or log the session entirely if doing remote training. Sometimes clients log something incorrectly and it would be nice to make a quick change from the web instead of having to take out my phone and go to the workout on there

Implementation of Pinned Messages or FAQ Section in Chat
A common challenge in online training community chats is the difficulty in locating information that has been previously addressed. To enhance user experience, I propose the introduction of a feature for pinning important messages or establishing a dedicated FAQ section within the chat interface. This feature would allow moderators or administrators to highlight critical information, guidelines, or frequently asked questions, making them readily accessible to all users. Such a system would prevent repetitive queries, save time, and make the chat more efficient and user-friendly.

Possibility to add sets to the start of a block
This give flexibility to the logging of warming up sets and helps with the tracking of total training volume. Sometimes you need 3 weight jumps after you start your working set and sometimes you need 5.

Correlate readiness with intensity/volume/session rpe
Hello,
I'd like to be able to easily see variations in readiness compared to the stress we put on athletes.
Currently the session rpe is of no use, we should be able to use it better.
For instance using the Rpe * session duration would give us a good information on the stress we put on athletes, and seeing how they recover would give us a nice idea if we are doing too much or not.Having those on the same graph would be great.

Integration with apple watch to track Set/reps/weights
Basically that i can start the workout on the mobile and then keep track of my sets/reps/weights and pause timer on the watchOs app. The feature is rather 'simple' :
start training from the phone->
monitor current section . in normal exercise go set by set . Button starts set. after the set (button push) -> enter reps (show from plan if any) / enter weitghts (show from plan if any) -> after button push a pause timer is starting to check your rest (rest time not recorded-> maybe next feature)for super set the mechanic is the same, just…

Running apps integration
It will be very usefull to have some kind of integration with garming conncect, strava or other running apps.
Its kind of weird to have a training app like train heroic but need other apps for other fitness related results.

Don't label warm ups as A, B, C block
Currently, the first movement in a workout receives the A block label, even if it's just a warm up. This idea suggests that warm ups should not be included in the the block-labeling system.
