  2. It would be really great to have a functionality to track the volume (either total weight lifted or number of sets) per muscle over time (ie by week, month etc). This feature would make it much easier for the athletes and coaches to see how balanced their program is, and make changes to the program to give more attention to lagging muscle groups. I'm imagining a dropdown box where the user can select a muscle group and a graph of volume over time will be plotted, in addition to a sort of heat map on a body graphic to show…

  9. We need more analytics regarding the full costumer journey. This is absolutely critical for scaling and understanding the hole business model.

    • Retention rates

    • Churn rates

    • Single costumer life time

    • Average costumer lifetime

    • Average costumer revenue

    • Costumer drop-out note/feedback

    ETC.

    We need this kind of tracking and feedback to build the best possible service and scaling.

  11. Right now, if you created your own circuit or exercise, changing the information or adding more exercises to your circuit will not update the programs you have created which seems flawed.

    As a coach, you want to be able to keep all your programs up to date with the latest videos, latest coaching instructions, and of course latest content without having to go to the 100+ programs created just to update the the exercise one by one to get the latest information.

    If an exercise/circuit is changed/updated, it should simply update dynamically in all the programs including the ones that…

  14. The coach would like an option for privacy and turn off visibility. His concern is that his athlete is working with him and another coaches. Those coaches have access to his workouts and other intellectual property. He would like to be able to limit who can view his/athlete's workouts.

  15. How can I mass adjust the days instead of going day by day? Example my other program is sat, sun, wed and thurs. I'd like to add the black iron team workouts on those days but was wondering if there was quicker way than going each day move session

  18. This could be a devices and programming comment. There is no right click feature in iPad unless you have a bluetooth mouse (which most people don't) so the copy and paste feature doesnt work too well. I can copy exiting workouts fine but because there is only the "add from library" and "create session" options from the calendar I cant simply paste on any day I would lie.

    I try to do programming on my iPad and I can create workouts fine but sometimes the browser windows are not the right size and I cannot save certain features, for example…

More often than not programs will be the same for multiple weeks so could we get the ability to bulk-make the program so that if I adjust one workout it would do all the workouts within the program? It would go in hand with windows and adjust the variables for repeated workouts within a program rather than going into each individual workout and adjusting each variable.
