  1. I think it would be great to be able to insert a block above an existing block instead of having to insert a block at the end and use the "move up" arrows to reorder an exercise.

    I find this when I have prewritten programs where I may want to add a certain warmup for a specific client I have to go insert that warmup at the end of the workout and use the up arrows several times to move that "prep" block to the beginning of the session.

  10. Hello,
    Knowing my athletes Max hr and rest Hr, I’d like to program them sessions with % of heartrate.
    Would be great to also do it with other metrics, for instance if I know my athlète max aerobic speed, being able to directly program into their app. Same idea with ergs, %of 2000m split etc

  18. It would be really great to have a functionality to track the volume (either total weight lifted or number of sets) per muscle over time (ie by week, month etc). This feature would make it much easier for the athletes and coaches to see how balanced their program is, and make changes to the program to give more attention to lagging muscle groups. I'm imagining a dropdown box where the user can select a muscle group and a graph of volume over time will be plotted, in addition to a sort of heat map on a body graphic to show…
