  3. Athlete can mark a workout with a rating on a scale of 1 as a bad workout to 10 as a super workout, at the end of training together with intensity.
    Then when selecting a workout from the library my sessions they will be filtered by rating so the athletes best rating will be first and then the worst last, each time the athlete do a workout and they fill out the like scale a workout will get a new rating

  14. Percentages could be influenced by a low readiness score.
    Ex a athlete is totally burned out and have a readiness score of 2 all percentage based programming could subtract with a factor depending on a objective scaling, that way the readiness score becomes a integral part of the workout as it playas directly in to the percentages used.
