  1. When modifying an existing workout to adjust the difficulty it would be good to have a percentage increase or decrease slider for a block of efforts within the workout. warm up and recovery typically remain the same.

    this would help build athletes as they get used to a specific type of workout

    example: a sprint session for cyclists with a sprint target of 200% FTP with the new percentage increase option for the block you could simply add a 15% increase and it will amend the block accordingly - this would help in a multi step block rather than adjusting…

  3. Fitness history table: PeakPower.
    If i pop the table in excel and apply a top 5 rule colouring for each power period the table tells a story. Can you have the table add colour your best power results?

  4. Time in power zones chart where you can select/unselect the power zones you want to see.

    Time in power zones chart already exists, but i want to see week by week an image of the time spent in higher zones. So, id unselect the lower power zones.

  5. When an Athlet leaves your coaching after years. How can I keep his trainings in store ? To not loose my ideas for Training from the past in order to recap it in the future? I can save and retain about a year of coaching.

    Find a way to retain athlets trainingplans from the past for more than a year, but i would like to save the whole training period.

  6. Feature Suggestion: All-Athletes list View on Mobile App

    As a coach, it would be incredibly helpful to have a mobile app feature that allows me to view all athletes in a single list for the current day, with the ability to scroll back and forward by day. Giving a quick overview of:

    Whether each athlete has completed their scheduled workout, peak performance and any comments left + Key daily metrics such as HRV Much like the home scree in the web version, and tapping on an athlete would open up their full calendar view if a deeper dive is needed.

  7. In order to be able to use this app to manage my gym (and my riders), I need a QR code so the customers can enter the gym, pay through the system(is almost completed), and book different classes, and activities through the app. Also is nice to have the dietitian, doctor, physio, and psychologist to be able to see comments and goals for each week so (as a support team of the athlete/person) to have a common plan all in one place.

  9. This has been an issue forever. Trainingpeaks only shows total "Elapsed Time". There is no option to even display actual "Moving Time" vs. "Elapsed Time". When a ride is synced to a workout, the Planned vs. Actual time is not quite accurate as it counts elapsed time towards the planned time, not moving time. There are many reasons why one would need to stop mid-ride - to fix a mechanical, relieve oneself, eat, change layers, or just wait up for riding buddies. This is true especially in long rides.

  10. Summary - Introduce the ability to tag individual activities with custom labels representing training cycles, races, or goals (e.g., “LV100_2025”), and enable filtering and analysis based on those tags.

    Use Case - Athletes often train for multiple events or follow distinct training cycles throughout the year. Currently, there’s no streamlined way to group and analyze activities tied to a specific race or training block. For example, someone preparing for the Leadville 100 MTB race in 2025 might want to track all workouts related to that event, separate from general base training or other race prep.

  13. At the website when in Safari on IPad IOS 18.5 the bottom of the metrics window always falls outside the bottom of the screen. Only a tiny strip of the save button is visible. So it is really hard to save it.
    And very recent (at least from July 3th) the same is the case for the workout screens. For this screen it is even worse, because the save button is not visible at all when the iPad is horizontal. You have to turn iPad vertical to get a tiny strip of the save button visible.

  14. For some reason from the desktop version of TP, you are no longer able to edit or leave a comment in the workout detail portion. Please return this feature. I would like to be able to dive into the analytics of a workout, leave a comment for an athlete and save those comments without having to back out of the workout and paste that comment to the workout. Now one step has become 5 steps.

  15. I would like to be able to assign substitutions or alternatives for strength exercises. I have many clients who all have various equipment available to them and are at different levels, strength wise. If I could put a variety of options for a specific exercise and allow them to pick which best fits their situation that would save me a lot of time and give them more flexibility. Another example would be I program chin ups, but I have a client who can’t do them so they could look at the alternatives and select inverted rose instead.

  16. Many times the need to have a file added to WKO5 comes up but for one reason or another a good file already exists or for a different reason this file is needed but its data shouldn't be counted towards the athlete's training progress.

    For example, sometimes one event is recorded with two different devices but only one should count towards the athlete progress.

    Other times, a file is known to have bad data, but deleting it would make things worse because even though some data is bad, other data is not, e.g. topology may be good, but power would…

  17. Please add "resting respiration rate" as an option to track in the Metrics card. Trying to derive a recovery score based on Z scores and resting respiration rate is one of the Z scores being computed.

  19. In run workout analysis, provide a peak 45 minute pace, as that is the criteria TP now uses to adjust thresholds. It is useful and often necessary to be able to identify the section of a workout that is updating the threshold, and without the 45 min peak pace shown and highlight-able, it is guess work manually hunting through the session to find it.
