  1. If workouts are accidently deleted there should be a trash functionality to be able to restore those workouts.
    This might happen if you synch your training plan to your sportswatch and you want to do today`s acutal training session later and just go for a little commute or something else.

    Is anyone else struggling with this?

  2. Create option for comments to be ‘personal’ or ‘coach-athlete’. The practice of reflecting on training post-session is beneficial for training outcomes, but not necessarily appropriate for coach-athlete communication regularly. An athlete may receive more benefit from TP as a tool if they can comment within the workout for themselves only and/or coach.

  3. Strength workouts should be included in your weekly snapshot, it’s supposed to show your “weekly snapshot” so why would a strength workout not be part of that?
    They were a few weeks ago, seems silly to void them now as it makes is difficult to see what work we have done each day without looking over everything.

  4. Hi, it is possible to add the ability to select median heart rate rather than average? If there are enough outliers in the data, it will skew the results. As an example, I just completed an hour run. My heart rate settled in to a range of 130-132 for most of the run but since there was a ramp in the beginning and at the end, they were included and it skewed the average down. I have also seen this have a larger impact on treadmill runs where I had to stop momentarily to start another session since I exceeded…

  5. Provide Added functionality to 'Peak Performance' feature that allows to see 5s, 1min, 5min, 10min, etc based on virtual or outdoor rides. Also, add capability to see peak performances based on normalized power.

  6. It's easy to get fixated and stressed about the Fatigue, Fitness, and Form numbers on the Dashboard. I like the data but wish I had the option to hide it from the dashboard. It may be me, but sometimes those numbers stress me out as they move up and down!

  7. I currently have a Garmin watch (currently Forerunner 955) and a Garmin Index scale. Everyday my health data from Garmin is synched from Garmin Connect to TrainingPeaks. However, they synch separately and I end with two different entries. One with the weight metrics from the Garmin scale, and another with the sleep data and other metrics from the forerunner. I believe all health data should be incorporated into a single daily file, at least for the first weigh in of the day. I understand some people might want to weigh themselves more than once daily, and that could make it…

  9. You can define a target cadence for bike workouts in the workout builder. It should be possible to use the same field for target stroke range for Swim and Rower workouts and it could be exported also in the same field as the target cadence in the zwo-format. The number of strokes is the most important control figure for these type of workouts.

    • allow the Coach to view the Subjective feedback scale (right now it's very small and not very apparent)
    • create a Subjective feedback dashboard chart to track RPE trends.
    • allow Subjective feedback as a Calendar layout view (on desktop) to allow easy scanning of RPE trends from calendar without opening Quickview or Analyze

  10. For Peak Performances, if I set a new record that's greater than 25% more than my previous, I feel it should ask me to confirm if it's valid. Or at least some checks that I'm not running faster than Usain Bolt's 100m mph for a full mile, or swimming faster than Michael Phelps or biking faster than Lance Armstrong, etc... For those of us that live in a city and the buildings the GPS can be inaccurate and cause wildly incorrect times and an upper bound would be quite useful.

  11. It would be a lot faster to be able to bypass the copy and paste context menu by simply dragging a workout and then releasing it while holding a certain button, eg Ctrl or Cmd.

    When a dragged workout is released without Ctrl or Cmd pressed, the workout(s) is moved.
    When released with Ctrl or Cmd pressed, the workout(s) is copied.

  14. Currently you can do a structured run workout on heart rate, it will give an alarm when you go out of your zone.
    I would like this for run power (with stryd).

  15. PROBLEM
    All workouts created using the Workout builder look the same. You cant tell if its Power, HR or RPE based.

    SOLUTION:
    on the calendar, a workout will have a small icon showing if its based on Power, HR or RPE at a glace!

    If you build a:
    Bike workout based on Heart Rate - a 'Red Heart' will show
    Bike workout based on Power - a 'Lightning bolt' will show
    Bike workout based on RPE - a 'RPE chart' will show

    WHY?
    1. At a glance on the calendar you KNOW what's slated for our athletes

  16. Having a lot of Plans in the training plans section, I think it would be a good idea to have highlighted current active training plans. This would make it so much easy to go find when you need find them.

  17. Currently when I record a bike activity that doesn't have neither power nor heart rate it automatically pairs with the first planned activity for this day. However, I can't unpair it as I can for "normal" activities where HR and/or power are present. So I need to delete the paired planned/completed activity.

  19. Since the PMC is supposed to be an "at a glance" chart, it will be much more intuitive to see if a day's workout is above / below the ATL/CTL plots if they all were on the same scale.

    I see that this idea has been offered up before but declined in 2014. Since I no rationale was given, I thought I would bring it up again in the hope that with the all the changes you have made to TrainingPeaks it would be an easy enhancement.

    Great question. We’ve continued to ponder this. We use a different Y-axis scale to display TSS, ATL and CTL so that a user is better able to discern the (relatively) small changes in CTL which are key to tracking training performance. If the TSS scale was the same as ATL and CTL, the larger changes and thus scale of TSS would likely make it difficult to easily monitor changes in CTL.
