  1. The swim "planned duration" time in my training plan includes breaks. This is nice to be able to know how long it will take you to complete the workout. However, the uploaded data from the workout does NOT include breaks in the "completed duration".

    This results in overstating the TSS, intensity, etc. calculations for every swim workout. Having a swim TSS is a nice feature for triathletes, but what's the point if it will not measure correctly. I'm overstating my effort by 40-50% every workout.

    It seems like there is an easy fix here to 1)show "total" workout time and…

  3. For years I have found your plateforme very laggy. But this is getting out of hand atm !

    You web app is atm using AT LESAT 1.5Go of RAM on chrome to run.
    This is laggy af. The workout doesn't load 1 time out of 4, or takes 5 to 20sec to load. I constantly need to refresh. To load an athlete schedule it can take up to 20 sec. I get logged out for no reason.

    20sec doesn't look much but add it over and over and you make me waste a ton of time and energy as a…

  4. It'd be nice to be able to manually force sync to devices or zwift if a workout has to be amended on the day that an athlete is going to undertake it.

  7. Hi everybody,
    I think it could be useful, (for beginner self made coach like me) that when you have to create an automatic ATP it takes into consideration the main events (A , B, C type) but also the holidays (1 week, 2 week ecc) at low tss score because I don't have much time to train.

    For example:

    Imput--> C race 15/02 ;

    B race 02/04 ;

    A race 22/06 - 30/07 ;

    Holidays from 12 to 25/08 week tss 300 ;

    B race 15/09 ;

    A race 22/10

    Output--> ATP considering these eventualities

  8. Dear TrainingPeaks support team,

    I'm very happy with the recent ability to synchronize structured workouts to my apple watch, it saves me a lot of time!

    I notice that since the start of this week, now the workouts are created with pace alerts (this wasn't the case originally). Though I see the benefits of it, in my case I find pace alerts very annoying: I usually train with many short intervals, and rely on the vibration on my watch to know when the interval is over and I have to change the pace. But now, with the addition of these…

  9. This may already be in here, but I cant find it. A simple count of workouts by activity type. For example, if you have ridden 5 times, run twice and swum twice, the total is 9 activities. A column chart summarized by week similar to hours or TSS charts. Very simple. For some athletes a goal can be consistency so being able to easily see progress on this is helpful and motivating. For multisport coaches, it provides another metric to assess to determine how consistent an athlete is being by sport.

  10. Option to have email notifications for only workouts that have a comment. Instead of every workout completed pinging my inbox, only workouts that an athlete comments on would I be notified of.

  11. I have many clients here who train on a treadmill. There is no option to change units and the treadmills only show miles per hour. If you have this unit in training peaks. It will help my clients a lot.

  12. Request for PMC refresh to improve ease of use and reduce differences between the App and Online

    Improvements for APP and Online
    Having four data series, ATL line in pink, CTL line in blue, TSB line in yellow and TSS red dots but only three scale labels is terribly confusing, having a different scale range for TSS and TSSd adds to the confusion. I spend a lot of time trying to decipher the graph, having a different scale for TSB makes great sense as those values are much smaller than the other three values, but the dual scales without clear…

  13. On an iPhone you should be able to merge workouts by turning the phone sideways in the calendar view and dragging and dropping the two workouts together. I used to be able to login to the mobile app and accomplish this but it seems you now have blocked website login from a mobile device. It’s impossible to login to the mobile website from a phone.

    Had to dig but with a direct link you can still get there, although your cancel button should NOT redirect you to the app download. I am coming to the login page to access the…

  14. I would like the option to calculate NGP using hrTSS. Using rTSS to derive NGP is inadequate for trails or variable terrain.

    I'm a trail/ultra runner and am new to TP, though not new to tracking/analyzing data. I recently discovered that you can't assess NGP on a run unless you use rTSS. Using a pace-based threshold for trail running is entirely inadequate. My threshold pace would vary considerably depending on a huge variety of factors; steepness, terrain under foot, condition of the trail, heat/humidity/weather, etc. For example, if my threshold pace on a flat paved road is x'xx/mi, but I…

  15. Is it possible to get Samsung Health added to the list of compatible apps? Otherwise I have to use the Health Sync app to move my data from Samsung Health to Suunto (which I don't use) just so I can move it to Training Peaks. This complexity makes it hard to justify signing up for TP though I hear it's an outstanding platform.

    Referencing the book Atomic Habits, increasing difficulty leads to decreasing likelihood that a habit will stick. If I have to buy a new watch and use multiple apps to get my training going, it tempts me to…

  16. In Workout builder currently power can only be expressed as a percentage (%) of some key metrics (e.g. LTHR). However for some key testing sessions, like ramp tests Absolute values need to be entered. Garmin workout builder already does this. It would be useful in TP too to enable structured tests to be used.

  17. I'd like to ask the inclusion of Lung Volume (l) and Pulmonary Power (W) into the Metrics function of TP. This is relevant to track the concurrent lung training which is recommended for many aerobic exercises. Moreover popular training equipment like PowerBreathe provides this data already.

  19. I recommend putting in a stand alone inbox for the management of athlete communication. If the inbox has adjustable setting on what notifications you would like to see this would be even better so you could turn off all the workout upload notifications and metric notifications.
    The current setup of notifications that training peaks has it is easy to lose messages whereas a standalone inbox allows you to see all athlete communication a lot easier.
    A search function would further improve functionality allowing you to search for certain athletes or time periods, read or unread messages will improve functionality.
    In…
