Optional pace / HR alert options
Allow users the option to receive pace and HR alerts during structured workouts instead of automatically imposing them on us. They can be helpful but they can also interfere with how we have our watch set up. It seems like they happen when you're trying to read a different data field. Add a selectable option in the workout summary/builder screens to toggle them on/off as desired.

The addition of seeing "Training Readiness" & "Training Status" from Garmin Connect, besides Sleep, HRV, Resting HR, Body Battery & Stress, which are already there, would be helpful, especially since TP is my training platform.

Intensity Factor stopped populating in early October 2023
Please investigate and correct whatever broke this data population for cycling activities (Mountain Bike & Bike). I sync data to TP from Garmin Connect only. Prior to October 5th, all of my workouts successfully transferred to TP and TP populated an IF. Since October 5th, TP population of IF has seemed random, but typically not populating. I've gone back and manually calculated and updated IFs for my workouts, but this is inconvenient as it used to occur automatically.

Rowing-specific training zone calculations in the Settings would make life easier for those of us tracking indoor rowing. There are multiple definitions (such as Concept 2's breakdown of UT2/UT1/AT/TR/AN) but it would be good to at least have one way to quickly break down zones based on power/pace output and heart rate.

Increased weighting of TSS dependent on when it occurs or increased weighting with higher hr drift. A composite of TSS and TSShr almost.
Increased weighting of TSS via a TSS/TSShr composite score (power TSS before a certain hr drift threshold, then continues accounting for TSShr).

Integration of WKO5 with a large language model (LLM) for client analysis
I have recently found it a useful starting point to use AI to assist with athlete analysis . At the moment I do this by copying the contents of my athletes' comments for each workout over for example the last 90 days and paste the workout description and post-activity comments into the likes of ChatGPT and Claude …..the analysis gives me a good starting point for coaching tips and insights that can be very quickly made.
I am not saying this replaces my own analysis but would be a good feature for us to be able to export comments etc…

HRV4 Training context
When I sync HRV4 Training I only get the number. No context. The app gives it a color and context. Can this incorporated somehow?

Include gear in post-run feedback screen
Right now gear logging is buried at the very bottom of the activity page on mobile. It is easy for it to end up “out of sight, out of mind.” It would be great if it were more prominent, and I would love it if the screen for “RPE/How did you feel?” included it, but even just having it near the top of the workout view instead of the bottom would be helpful!

Get the payment system fixed.
Payment system is not working. Tried GooglePay, tried entering my credit card but it fails on both counts. Tried multiple times but no luck. Seriously?? Take my money, guys!

Full functionality or allow mobile login from website
I want to see my progress graphs like I see on the computer. I can’t find them on the app and you won’t let me log in thru the website from my phone. Very frustrating not being able to access my data.

Improve Garmin / Swim workouts / Notes
Programming a structured swim workout from TP in Garmin is far from useful.
It does not allow Drill workouts to be done. There should be an option to allow at the end of a set to add the programmed distance of that set.
Rest times do NOT exist, the only option is to set a rest time but it counts the distance.
The notes or name of the series are not synchronized. So you must, remember each step.

New Strength - Block Size and Hover Over
Please make "New Strength" workout blocks in the user interface behave the same as old strength or any other workout. New strength is nice, but the default block size is really big vs other workout types and takes up a lot of real estate at the calendar level. Since most athletes have multiple workouts a day it causes you to scroll to see the entire day and its a little visually jarring to see a nice short summary for most workouts and then like half the workout spelled out for strength. It dominates the day's workouts with little value added.…

delete
Prohibit an athlete from deleting a planned workout. They can move them around but no workouts can be deleted. Locking currently just stops them from moving workouts and deleting but sometimes athletes need to move workouts and they accidentally delete. Also need an undo function

Injury body illustration
Our idea is that whenever someone selects "slightly injured" or a more severe injury status in the Metrics section, a “human body” illustration would appear. This illustration would allow the user to click on the specific area affected, making injury documentation simpler and more intuitive. We believe this could significantly reduce the hesitation, especially for younger athletes, to document their injuries thoroughly and accurately.
