  1. It would be great to have possibility to have strength overview graphs and tables in dashboard. For example user would be able to select exercise and rep count - and you would be able to overview max weights for specified rep count (greater than or equal reps) over date range graph. Also table like view for selected exercises and their max weight over specified reps. This would help to better overview strength progression over longer period of times. And giving flexibility on selecting exercises for reports would let user to focus on the exercises which are most important for them.

  2. The only way to send miles splits to Training Peaks from the Apple Watch is to hit the 'lap' button every mile. This is a different behavior from using a Garmin device which sends the per mile data as laps. I know the Apple Watch data is available as both Strava and Apple Health are giving me my data per mile. It would be very helpful to send this data to TP so my coach has it instead of multiple workarounds, like attaching screenshots from the Apple health app.

  4. I'd like to be able to program my own athlete alerts against metrics and other data available within the TP eco system. For instance when an HRV is out of range or weekly TSS exceeds a specified value. In the perfect world I'd like to be able to setup alerts on Key Indicators at a Coach level but also at an individual level.

Imagine a scenario where I can glance at an athletes calendar and there is an indicator on the workout to let me know that one of my Key Indicators alerts has been triggered. For instance the IF…

  5. enable the importing of macro information from Macrosfirst nutrition app. They are eager to integrate with you and essentially ready to connect. It's a better app than MFP, imo.

  6. Currently, the training sessions created and executed from the 'New Strength Builder' do not appear in the Dashboard metrics on the web, such as in the 'Fitness Summary' or the time in 'Fitness History.' The time is recorded in the Calendar tab but not in the Dashboard tab. It would be great to get an update on this.

  7. I think that there is a need for many coaches when we have to program trail runing sessions. Nowadays we can program with time or distance, but running in the mountains implies take into acsount the slope.
It's important introduce programming with slope and maximum climb speed.

  9. When on training sessions the comments that appear on screen just seem to repeat themselves rather than inspiring and encouraging they just get a bit annoying! Having a variety of different inspiring comments would be more helpful

  10. Daily life is full of additional stressors to the body. Moving around and work stress directly impacting overall true TSS.

It would be cool to see some estimations of TSS from daily life based on things like step count, elevation gained, HR, etc.

  11. If the FTP in Zwift is not the same as TrainingPeaks ... the workout will not be done at the correct resistance.

I am asking that the .zwo file created by TP in the workout builder include discrete data (FTP THRESHOLD) where Zwift will parse this and update the users profile.

If this number is not the same in TP and Zwift, what's the point?

The workout will have been done at the wrong resistance.

This will make the experience seamless and streamlined.

  12. It would be really nice to see running pace by gradient (e.g. flat, 2%, 5%, 8%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%). It would help to see progress over time and facilitate planning. Negative gradients are likely less informative as terrain and conditions are (at least for me) dominating and hard to control factors.

  13. Sometimes we have a coach that send though Training Peaks a general training plan for a Club or group. If one, as individual athlete wants to create a training plan adapted to his goals it is necessary to add the activities of both plans (coach and individual) in the same calendar, making it impossible to calculate fitness levels for the A-goal course. It would be nice to have the possibility of have different calendars where athletes accounts can create different training plans and see their impact on long term goals, like the ATP.

  14. Finis Smart Goggle (https://apps.finisswim.com/smart-goggle/) is among the best wearables for swimmers in the market. To my surprise, it still not integrated with Training Peaks. Developers at Finis told me Training Peaks is not currently allowing new integrations. How come?

  15. I just want to suggest a shortcut for colaps/extend the LHE and RHE instead of drag it, I think the auto hide/show option is not very practical and that make me use a reduced space for charts with extended RHE and LHE just for not dealing with the drag option. As far as I remember, this option was present in WKO4, it was awesome and I miss it.

  16. I would like to be able to export the 'data grid' from Workout / Analyze.

Rationale is that this includes HR, distance and elevation all sampled at regular, 1-second intervals. If I export the workout file, sampling is irregular and both distance and elevation data is missing.

  17. I am a coach of trailrunners and It would be so useful for me, for other coaches and for athletes to include effort kilometers as a volume field and effort kilometers/hour as a quality value. Furthermore it could be really interesting to have the relative charts in the athlete dashboard.

  18. When you export a structured workout to Zwift, by default Zwift does not show the average power for the current interval or lap, just the instantaneous (1 second power).

This makes it hard to really hit your target on longer intervals and is easily solved by instructing Zwift to show the average power for the current lap by adding the show_avg="1" attribute to the <SteadyState> block in the exported .ZWO file.

Here's some documentation on the feature: https://github.com/h4l/zwift-workout-file-reference/blob/master/zwift_workout_file_tag_reference.md#attribute-show_avg

And here's what it looks like in Zwift:

  19. The summer 2022 update with the recent change to add steps to the workout builder has broken the add/remove repetitions from a single step workout block. Now only multi-step workout blocks have the repetitions option. Please add back the single step workout block option.

  20. I like the "Ramp Rate (RR)" metrics on the dashboard but not sure the data is as helpful (unambiguous) as it could be. The ramp rate is quoted in CTL per number of days. But the RR, as discussed in Joe F's Blog (linked on the home page), gives targets in CTL/week, which is a number that is more meaningful. Could your metrics be displayed in CTL/week to make it easier to understand/use? A bare number without the units specified is ambiguous.
