Read only version
Pretty positive this is not a “thing” but it would be soooooo nice to have a “read only” ability or “offline” mode whereby you could at least look at / review your data while offline (like on a plane, etc….).

Natural Language Swimming Workout Input
Since MySwimPro does it, it would be SO nice to have NLP input for swimming sets. So I can track how much free/non free/kick/scull/drill I'm doing.

Swimming only ATP
Can you add an “Open Water” or Swimming option to the ATP? Right now I have to use the triathlon option and I really don't need the biking bit in there. I still run so that can stay. Even an aquathon option would work better for me.

plan an RPE
For workouts, can you plan an RPE? I don't plan HR zones for my swimming workouts but I do plan RPE. It would be nice to be able to add that to both the ATP and the workouts themselves, especially in the ones I have saved in my library.

swimming distance shows up in yards rather than miles
In the mobile app, can you make it so the swimming distance shows up in yards rather than miles for imperial units?? Please! This makes it so hard to get if I am on track when looking at the mobile app. I typically add a “goal” to each Sunday (e.g., 20000 yards) and then look at the app see where I am during the week.

Add Volume/Distance to ATP
I plan my training by yards/meters I need to complete in a week (e.g., 80km or 80,000 yards). So the current version that uses time as the planning metric doesn't work well for me. I currently cross reference an excel spreadsheet when planning my daily workouts.

save blocks in strength builder
It would be really helpful to be able to save "blocks" in the new strength builder for multiple uses. Ie., if I create a "warm-up" or "cool-down" block, it would be great to be able to add those to multiple different strength workouts without having to re-create them each time.

There's a huge translation issue in brazilian portuguese where RUN(NING) was translated as Executar (as in Execute) not as the sport (Corrida)

Efficiency factor for running workouts
Hello,
for running workouts, the efficiency factor calculation for me uses m/s for the pace divided by heart rate.
Due the values for these metrics, the EF is a rather small value somewhere around 0.02 which ends up being a rounded value and would require an increase of around 50% to show a change.
I would request that you multiply the result of the calculation pace (in m/s) / heartrate by factor 100.
This would allow to actually see smaller improvements of this metric.
As an example right now:
Pace of 2.5m/s (which is around 6min/km) and a heartrate of…3 votes -
tpvirtualhub.com login should work better with password managers
tpvirtualhub.com login renders a sketchy-looking page on indievelo.com (anti pattern to make me enter my trainingpeaks.com password on a different domain) instead of realizing that I'm already logged in on this browser.

Incorporating LT1 and LT2 (VT1 / VT2) for More Accurate Zone Determination
Currently, cycling training zones in TrainingPeaks are based solely on a percentage of FTP. While this works reasonably well for higher intensities, it is limiting for low-intensity training. I would like to propose the option to define training zones using two separate physiological anchor points:
LT2 / VT2 / FTP – for determining higher zones (e.g., Coggan Zones 3–6), where the current percentage model already works well.
LT1 / VT1 – for determining lower zones (especially Zone 2), where percentages relative to FTP often fail to reflect individual metabolic profiles.
For example, instead of defining Zone 2 as 56–76% of…

Sweat Rate Tracking
Sweat Rate Tracking - would be brilliant to input weight pre and post session, with automatic sweat rate tracking. Tagging the rates to activity types and able to plot against intensities and temperatures for analysis.
Takes this analytic away from our spreadsheets and into a sole training platform!

Session Reviewed Checkmark
I would like a check mark that lets my athletes immediately see that I’ve already opened and analyzed their session once it’s completed. Some sessions don’t necessarily require a comment from the coach, so this would be a great way to communicate without having to write anything.

Color plan
Hi. Would it be possible to add the daily activities of 2 different training plans with different colors?
For example I have entered 2 different training plans in my calendar which at one point are overlapping, but I cannot distinguish which is from which training plans. Would appreciate if this would be a possibility. Thanks1 vote -
why doesnt the app allow for direct recording of activity?
I don't have a fitness device as I use my phone (for budget reasons). I can't understand why the TP app doesn't allow for recording of activity in the way apps like Strava do. Unless I am missing something, it looks like I have to either by a device (not going to happen anytime soon) or manually upload runs and rides etc. (also not going to happen). Seems like an unnecessary extra step to me. I'm not a pro athlete and am very busy, so I like things to be as simple as possible, with as few steps as possible.…

Training partners
A module where you can see selected other users (training partners) plans.
I have 2 people I train with the most. In our group chat we regularly have to ask what the others are doing on a given day. Each has their own coach and plan. But when we can sync work outs we do we just have to go through a discovery process in our chat. If I could just see their plans high level like activity, duration and intensity or whatever else I could say hey your long run Sunday I’m down or he your swimming we are…

Comparing specific parts of a structured workout over time
I would love the ability to compare specific segments of repeated structured workouts over time.
Many key sessions repeat during a training cycle — for example threshold blocks, tempo intervals, or marathon-pace segments. The most valuable insight for me as a coach is not the comparison of full workouts, but how an athlete performs within the same workout segment from week to week.
Being able to compare segment-level data (pace, heart rate, power, cadence, efficiency, drift) across multiple instances of the same workout would help identify progress, plateaus, fatigue, or form changes much earlier and far more accurately.
Right now…
