  2. You can define a target cadence for bike workouts in the workout builder. It should be possible to use the same field for target stroke range for Swim and Rower workouts and it could be exported also in the same field as the target cadence in the zwo-format. The number of strokes is the most important control figure for these type of workouts.

  3. Would make a lot of sense to see calories expended on the weekly Calendar view summary so you at a glance can compare it to Calories consumed.

  4. For Peak Performances, if I set a new record that's greater than 25% more than my previous, I feel it should ask me to confirm if it's valid. Or at least some checks that I'm not running faster than Usain Bolt's 100m mph for a full mile, or swimming faster than Michael Phelps or biking faster than Lance Armstrong, etc... For those of us that live in a city and the buildings the GPS can be inaccurate and cause wildly incorrect times and an upper bound would be quite useful.

  5. Hi, it is possible to add the ability to select median heart rate rather than average? If there are enough outliers in the data, it will skew the results. As an example, I just completed an hour run. My heart rate settled in to a range of 130-132 for most of the run but since there was a ramp in the beginning and at the end, they were included and it skewed the average down. I have also seen this have a larger impact on treadmill runs where I had to stop momentarily to start another session since I exceeded…

  6. It's easy to get fixated and stressed about the Fatigue, Fitness, and Form numbers on the Dashboard. I like the data but wish I had the option to hide it from the dashboard. It may be me, but sometimes those numbers stress me out as they move up and down!

  8. Hi colleges, I have a lot of work-outs in my library. Next tot strength & conditioning I also do CPET exercise testing (Cardio Pulmonary Exercise Testing). From that the athletes get training zones built on / derived from FTP/anaerobic threshold (VT2), but also from aerobic threshold/Fatmax (VT1). In the work-out in TrainingPeaks the 'units' are always % of anaerobic threshold or % of heart rate max. However, when I want my clients to do a warm up in zone 1, or a cooling down in the recovery zone (or a recovery phase during interval sessions), this can only be seen…

  9. Training plans for ultra runners will often include targeted values of elevation gain. Request: (a) that elevation gain be reported in the Weekly Summary portion of the calendar view, (b) weekly elevation gain be included in the ATP as a manually entered value, such that it shows up along with other weekly ATP values. (similar to how Limiters are presented in the weekly summary ATP targets)

  10. It was initially not clear to me that this peaks aware.uservoice.com needs a separate account created and does not use the training app login account. Perhaps make this clearer.

  11. For mountain runners and skimo racers a peak VAM chart similar to the peak power and peak HR charts would be really useful. You could see your best VAM for varying durations and track improvements over time.

  12. For swim workouts that have full HR data, the hrTSS seems to be a much better measure of workout intensity / fatigue than sTSS (swim TSS).

    The ability to set swim workouts to either hrTSS or sTSS as a default would allow users to chose what works best for them, and not have to remember to adjust / change after the workout.

    Currently, ALL Swim workouts default to sTSS.

    I see this also shows up for trail running as well.

    • allow the Coach to view the Subjective feedback scale (right now it's very small and not very apparent)
    • create a Subjective feedback dashboard chart to track RPE trends.
    • allow Subjective feedback as a Calendar layout view (on desktop) to allow easy scanning of RPE trends from calendar without opening Quickview or Analyze

  13. Provide Added functionality to 'Peak Performance' feature that allows to see 5s, 1min, 5min, 10min, etc based on virtual or outdoor rides. Also, add capability to see peak performances based on normalized power.

  15. When I create a workout for my athletes (especially running) the workout details field shows the distance, the various workout stages along with distance time or pace range information. This is too confusing if my clients have to run on indoors / treadmill where they need a calculator to convert pace units to speed units (like kmph or mph).

    To solve this - TP can show distance, pace range along with speed range in velocity units in workout details. This will be super helpful.

  18. I currently have a Garmin watch (currently Forerunner 955) and a Garmin Index scale. Everyday my health data from Garmin is synched from Garmin Connect to TrainingPeaks. However, they synch separately and I end with two different entries. One with the weight metrics from the Garmin scale, and another with the sleep data and other metrics from the forerunner. I believe all health data should be incorporated into a single daily file, at least for the first weigh in of the day. I understand some people might want to weigh themselves more than once daily, and that could make it…

  19. Whoop does this with heart rate zones, it shows how long you staid in each zone, and once you click on the zone, it shows on the graph the moments on the training where that zone was being worked. This is good to understand if the actual training achieved the zones required. This can be done based on Power Zones and Heart Rate zones.
