  1. I've recently came to the conclusion that certain WKO data & charts do not take a custom crank length into account.

    It would be good if the crank length (accessible using the cranklength expression variable) could be sent along with the activity data from TP to WKO, and used for data & charts of that activity in WKO.

    I think this can be solved in a rather generic & future proof way.

  2. Hi colleges, I have a lot of work-outs in my library. Next tot strength & conditioning I also do CPET exercise testing (Cardio Pulmonary Exercise Testing). From that the athletes get training zones built on / derived from FTP/anaerobic threshold (VT2), but also from aerobic threshold/Fatmax (VT1). In the work-out in TrainingPeaks the 'units' are always % of anaerobic threshold or % of heart rate max. However, when I want my clients to do a warm up in zone 1, or a cooling down in the recovery zone (or a recovery phase during interval sessions), this can only be seen…

  6. Drag and drop can sometimes fail in TP BETA and no way of knowing until looking on the calendar. For one workout this is not a train wreck, but if you drag multiple files over and 1 or 2 of them fail, then its very time consuming and frustrating working out what has happened and putting it right.

  7. Traditional Strength Training recorded on an Apple Watch flows to TrainingPeaks as "others," which requires me to manually update the workout to Strength for my athletes (more are using the Apple Watch now). This seems to be a rather quick fix to make. Would it be possible for the TrainingPeaks Product team to look into it and get a fix?

  8. Whoop does this with heart rate zones, it shows how long you staid in each zone, and once you click on the zone, it shows on the graph the moments on the training where that zone was being worked. This is good to understand if the actual training achieved the zones required. This can be done based on Power Zones and Heart Rate zones.

  9. For mountain runners and skimo racers a peak VAM chart similar to the peak power and peak HR charts would be really useful. You could see your best VAM for varying durations and track improvements over time.

  10. Trainingpeaks, please add the ability to have coaches create run workouts that incorporate Pace. Similar to how Garmin is able to create a run workout that is based off Time + pace at a given HR. When I create a garmin workout i can set a duration (40 mins @ 9min/mi)

    And add the ability to automatically delete workouts from devices as well. I know this is a stretch, but when I make my Garmin workouts and sync, eventually it maxes out with 25 workouts... it's annoying to have to manually delete them...

  11. The new syncing tools (ex. Garmin AutoSync or tapiriik) are very handy for athletes. However they have introduced a new problem. Athletes without the necessary attention or guidance just activate everything from different platforms and the same workouts just start syncing without checking if that file is already at TP. The end result: duplicates, triplicates, etc. As a coach I would like to have a tool where duplicates, triplicates, etc would be detected and offered a solution to fix it. Thanks.

  12. When I create a workout for my athletes (especially running) the workout details field shows the distance, the various workout stages along with distance time or pace range information. This is too confusing if my clients have to run on indoors / treadmill where they need a calculator to convert pace units to speed units (like kmph or mph).

    To solve this - TP can show distance, pace range along with speed range in velocity units in workout details. This will be super helpful.

  13. I would like to be able to add tags to workouts in my workout library so that when I add the workout to a calendar it already has the tags in it that I need to follow. Adding tags individually into each and every workouts is stopping me from using tags at all.

  15. It was initially not clear to me that this peaks aware.uservoice.com needs a separate account created and does not use the training app login account. Perhaps make this clearer.

  16. Is there anything on the road map where as coaches we would be able to programme strength based movements from an athletes 1RM. My understanding and chatting to one of the sales directors is that the current limitations are reps sets and RPE. But it would be really useful to add a % of their 1RM aligned to the type of strength training.

    Seeing as %'s of thresholds and zone training can already be done, is this something that will be coming for strength training?

  17. Add the ability to load a route, harvested from many platforms, Garmin, Strava, Kamoot, RideWith GPS, etc to plan a pre determine route or segments as part or the work out. This could be imported as a past workout or a "planned" work out with data to be auto loaded into the current "planned" workout for time, distance, work,tss, if etc . This would be very useful for those of us that coach more locally based and are familiar with local routes, goals and times.

    Thank you for the feedback. This is a common request and has been added to that project’s feedback.

    Future opportunities have not been added to our road map yet, but we are actively collecting feedback which contributes to the prioritization process. We do not want to set up false expectations and want to make sure that there is awareness that this update currently is not prioritized and does not have an ETA.

  18. workout planning system. It would be extremely beneficial to have the ability to:

    • Copy and paste specific workout sections within the same workout plan for easy replication of similar training blocks
    • Save specific workout sections as templates for future use in new workout plans
    • Create a library of saved workout templates that can be easily accessed and inserted into new programs

    This functionality would significantly streamline the workout planning process and save time when creating new training programs that share similar elements.

  19. Upload a CSV File with all of the fields required for a running structured workout. I believe this should be quite simple and most of the people whom I've worked with have things structured on Excel and therefore the conversion to CSV is straight forward provide ease for the user and giving the community the opportunity to provide more information and help the platform grow even faster.

  20. Why is not possibile to have a table/chart with 1 km/1 mile splits if the athlete registered without "auto-lap". This function would be useful ad there is in all other software. Please add it, I can't do you manually (for example for a marathon I see only 1 single split but I want to see 42 splits even if the athletes does not use a auto-lap)
