Export workout step notes to Garmin or FIT files
The workout step notes are not exported to Garmin devices or the FIT file, only the title and intensity are exported.
Other platforms like humango.ai are able to export both titles and notes, this can give the athlete the ability to see the coach instructors during the workout.

Font size in app
Font size in the Map/Graph tab is very small. On a large iPhone the font is only about 1mm high. There is a large amount of unused space on the page so a larger font wouldn’t disrupt the layout and would make the post workout data dump much more accessible

Font size & workout blocks in new look Home updates list are unwieldy.
Please shrink the workout boxes and comment font back to what they were before the recent update. A lot of my athletes comment extensively. I catch these via the Home Update list on the right of the screen. At a glance, it seems like I am getting about half the information within the screen that I am accustomed to.

Having strength workouts part of the weekly snapshot
Strength workouts should be included in your weekly snapshot, it’s supposed to show your “weekly snapshot” so why would a strength workout not be part of that?
They were a few weeks ago, seems silly to void them now as it makes is difficult to see what work we have done each day without looking over everything.12 votes -

Display Equipment Distance in Training Peaks Mobile App
The equipment section in the Training Peaks mobile app is great for logging what gear we use for our workouts. However, a key piece of information is missing: the total distance accumulated on each item.
Currently, if you want to check the mileage on something like your running shoes to know when to replace them, you have to go to the web version, navigate to settings, and find the information there. This is a clunky workaround that interrupts the mobile workflow.

Rep counts and weekly summary of reps
In addition to adding to time I'd like to see rep count options in strength workouts. An example would be able to enter the number of push-ups and then summarize and or report on weekly or within a specified timeframe.

Please add the ability to view weekly totals in the calendar view when holding your phone horizontally
11 votesSpace is at a premium in the calendar view, so we are consider other options. In the meantime, you can configure the date range of the dashboard Summary Report to be This Week, Last Week, or Next Week. That will show you the data that you are looking for.

Add races for the year to be used globally in ATP
Instead of entering the same race for multiple athletes or applying the same plan to these athletes, it would be great to have a race calendar plan in which a coach can populate the year's races and simply use a dropdown in each athlete's ATP to select the race. No more need to fill in name, date, event type etc etc for every athlete. Thanks!

Enable drag&drop workouts from calendar into library in browser on mobile devices
Currently it is not possible to drag and drop a workout from the calendar into a workout library on apple devices via the browser. The opposite way works fine. So probably it is only a minor change.

Year over year or custom period overlay for comparison.
While preparing for an event, it would be nice to overlay previous period to compare progress. Like, what do these 16 weeks look like, compared to another “similar period” last year. Especially interesting if you reuse an old training plan.

Open Water Swim Structured Workouts
Since TrainingPeaks doesn't differentiate between open water and pool swims most devices including Garmin watches, only support importing structured workouts from TP in Pool swim mode. Seems to me we are missing a trick as the pool environment is already structured! Set distances, pool clock etc., and many swimmers (and coaches) prefer not to use a watch in the pool. However, when we go out outside, we lose the wall clock and the lap lengths. To avoid the common trap of falling into “mono-speed” swimming we still need to provide structure. Copy and Paste segments between different Workouts
I think it be useful to be able to copy and paste a specific segment from one workout into a separate workout? For example, I've set up several technique sessions for running, but they would also be an excellent warm-up for a more intense workout. What I'd like to do is copy the 'warm-up workout' and paste it into the high intensity workout as a pre-session warm-up. This would create a single workout instead of 2 separate workouts.

App design
The new App design is buggy. E.g., the scale for the individual effort is not usable. The button can not be moved easy between the different levels (1-10).
Also the unit description is a mess. Before you could see the whole text by default. Now you miss important parts as too long texts are not shown completely.

Availability
Better options for Availability. Example, selecting reoccurring days off per week or month. For instance, if there are training programs in place, it auto populates for all the days. Now if there is an option to block off dates we can’t work out, then the training day automatically moves to next available day. Check out Hal Higdon’s running app, the calendar lets you choose workout days.

Show events at PMC
It would be nice to show personal events (races, vacations, break, sick...etc) on PMC so it's easy to see how the fitness/fatigue progress with different things happening in life when reviewing the season.

Disparity in features Coach Premium with no premium Athletes
I am writing as a long-standing user and Coach Premium subscriber on the platform. I have been a loyal user of TrainingPeaks for several years and have appreciated the valuable tools and features it provides for coaches and athletes alike.
Recently, with the updates introduced for premium athletes, I have noticed a disparity in accessing certain features as a Coach Premium subscriber. Allow inclusion of Absolute power in workout builder
In Workout builder currently power can only be expressed as a percentage (%) of some key metrics (e.g. LTHR). However for some key testing sessions, like ramp tests Absolute values need to be entered. Garmin workout builder already does this. It would be useful in TP too to enable structured tests to be used.

Ability to add tags into workouts in library
I would like to be able to add tags to workouts in my workout library so that when I add the workout to a calendar it already has the tags in it that I need to follow. Adding tags individually into each and every workouts is stopping me from using tags at all.
